Amazing hotel with great staff. At the reception the staff speaks good English, which is very rare for this region. Amazing breakfast that is suitable for foreigners. The design of the hotel is amazing, everything is very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. A swimming pool with a transparent bottom is top.

I liked the room view , the attentiveness of the staffs for both Front Office and F&B service special mentioned and thanks to both FOM Ms Tian and Front Office staff Ms Li were super efficient and assisted me for the challenge I faced. As property was currently undergoing some renovation. With prompt resolution of noise for my initial room , I have being upgraded to East Tower room, where no renovation going on. Finally I have a sound sleeps during my entire stayed. ROOM size was good, balcony was fabulous overseeing Seaview and YiHeng popular night market
As for Ala carte food was tasty, buffet breakfast variety can be better . The savoury Tofu was my favorites.
F&B service staffs Ms Betty was fantastic and attentive for guest service and Lucy too.

Sanya is a fantastic tropical break for people in China, especially those living in the North who need some quick relief. However, the general consensus is that Sanya does not offer quite the same 'holiday experience' as destinations in other South East Asian countries, so although Sanya is perfect for a quick break, if you find you have a longer vacation then it might be worth heading a touch further afield.

Sanya is the main tourist hot spot on Hainan Island. But still it doesn't feel overcrowded. The City is is very clean, offers a wide range of restaurants bars and accomodation. Besides beach activities the nature is stunning and you can go on hikking tours. You can get your scuba dicing certificate as well, several diving centers are offering courses and some fun dicing.

Yalong bay provided a beautiful beach with many activities available. Sadly there was no lifestyle on the beach (restaurants and bars, shops etc). Making dining and evenings a bit boring. Also, bear in mind Sanya is huge, making it a big distance to go anywhere. City center is 40 to 60 minutes away by car as is Sanya bay and Haitang bay so its very isolated.

Sanya is a nice place to stay, after more then 20 years living in China it was my first time here, but I really enjoyed it. I stayed here outside the public holidays, and perhaps due to the COVID it was not so busy, but I enjoyed it very much. In the evening there is a bar called Dolphin Sports Bar & Grill with a very good live (Filipino) band. Also the food is very nice in this place. If you like Italian food, Casa Mia is the place to go, excellent food for a very reasonable price. If you want to go for an exclusive dinner, make a reservation at Barbacao beach restaurant at The Edition hotel, wonderful place and very nice food.

Because it was Olympic time we went dining at Dolphin Bar and grill the food was very good also on the beach we visited many of the restaurants and the food were also good, If you are into Italian food then Casmina is the place to go great ambiance and food, don't miss out on Yalong bay forest Park if you are into nature, you may also want to try the water sports activities at Yalong bay those were pretty good. We had many others plans but our flight was cancelled and we had to book a earlier ticket.
The hotel is quiet and staff here are very nice. Children friendly. The sea is wonderful and the beach is good too. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. I love the wash room, huge! The view from the room is wonderful, too. The private beach is nice, with dark blue sea, soft and fine sand, coconut trees into forest. The beach slowly goes deep into the sea. Children play on the beach, play with the sand. People walk along the coastline, with the breeze blows tenderly on the body.

Best place I have stayed in China. Great facilities, really friendly staff, very close to beach, 5 min walk. really comfortable and easy to get around. Only downside is a beach front dominated by large hotel resorts, so beach has limited offerings, there are ,shopping areas but they lack character. Would definately stay at hotel again but get a,taxi to another beach..

I booked an "inner sea view king room" on the 6/7 floor for 5 days in April, 2024.
The staff was quite friendly over the time and always tried to help. The hotel itself provided a shuttle bus to get off the Phoenix Island for free, which usually took me about 10 minutes. Therefore you easily let them know via WeChat and they will call the shuttle bus to pick you up.
Holiday Sanya Bay exceeded my expectation. The staff are very accommodating and the hotel fits what I was looking for during my stay in Sanya. I had an amazing experience. The breakfast is great. It is close to the airport, easy access to a public bus station, and the beach you can get to as you cross the street at the back of the hotel.
The staff were extremely professional and helpful, the buffet breakfast was delicious, the BBQ buffet in the evening was exceptional and having a supermarket right next door to the hotel was really handy. This is a fantastic hotel for a family holiday and if we come to Sanya again we would definitely stay here again.
The staff of the hotel is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is very organised and was arranging tests and shopping for people, due to outbreak in Sanya. They also allowed me to change the reservation twice and stay in the same room, which was very nice of them.

Everything about Atlantis Sanya is awesome; the location, swimming pool. water park, the view from the room, theatre and breakfast. My kids loved their stay. Words can not describe the stay at Atlantis full; you can only experience it.
