Wonderful place to stay with very friendly staff and lovely view. Conveniently close to the airport and shopping centre. Also, it has an inbuilt casino to have fun and relax. This is a 3 star hotel to us. Excellent. The front office, Ignacio is incredibly good and an asset to the company. He speaks English and serves us very well. The doorman is very nice and helpful that touched us to offer him tip. The breakfast is excellent... many choice more than ABF...you can eat as much too... cake, pudding, yogurt etc. We like the king bed room with city view. The best hotel with best value for it's class...we will be back. Thank you booking.com.
As a seasoned traveller and writer what I look for is not bling or bustle but peace and quiet and fresh breezes and views. I got to Vivo tired and left refreshed and re-energised. It is in one of the most beautiful houses in Concepcion, set on the hillside overlooking the city and nestled in the trees of the hill above. A kind host and a comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of the university and the city centre. A great stay.
We love this hotel, always revisit when we come to Concepción. Like Goldilocks, everything is just right. One of best places to eat too, unpretensious, but chef prepares only two or three choices beautifully.
We love the place where it is located. Easily you can walk around downtown. The staff was incredible kind and the breakfast was amazing. I’ve been in many hotels and these breakfast was one of the best.
I loved that it was close to where I was going to the event (Universidad de Concepción), and that it was near many places to eat. It was a safe place, I could walk alone and the area was really quiet.
