Perfectly located for a stay in Interlaken. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking directly outside the hotel. Excellent freshly cooked eggs available for breakfast. Unfortunately the bar is no longer available but there are plenty available nearby. Would recommend checking/requesting ground floor if mobility is an issue - lots of stairs!

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

Location is definitely a + as it is fairly near Interlaken West and the small enclave Unterseen which has quite a few good eateries! Though there's comment that host is not prompt in response but I'm grateful to get his/her response and pretty prompt in solving some of our issues:
1) allowing us to open door to drop our luggage as we arrived too early in the morning (though we are thoroughly shocked by what we see cos it have not be clean up)
2) resolving the socket issue as someone prior has damaged it
For what you pay, you can’t really complain and should know what to expect.
The shared toilet and shower isn’t ideal but we knew that we would have to share. But it was dirty. We had a sink in our room and washed from that and cleaned it ourselves. Great location though!
Oh and the bar next door is really loud you won’t get any sleep. But again we saw the reviews knew what to expect.
We only booked as booking.com cancelled our hotel we booked months ago 2 days before we got there.
The facilities are not so acceptable. The door in the bathroom cannot be closed properly. I am not satisfied with the cleanness as well. Other than that, the female landlord didn’t accept the card payment or Booking payment, she required to pay with bank transfer or cash which is really unexpected. As a Chinese, I wouldn’t say she is friendly. Apart from that, I believe it is so costly even in Interlaken. Not recommended.
We stayed at one of the apartments at this completely new and modern hotel. My son is using manual wheelchair and found this apartment very comfortable with spacious and excellent accessible bathroom. The stuff was very helpful and kind. Clean, walking distance from the train station with best location to the old town and the river. Loved this place! We will definitely come back!
Great location, quiet, but right in the middle of historical center in old town Unterseen/Interlaken.
Bed was large and very comfortable, room was clean and cozy, including a red sofa and 2 small (low) tables. The kitchen facilities (in the same room) were complete, including microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, salt, ... The landlady was very kind and helpful.
The hotel’s location was good with a short walk to the train station and restaurants, in particular the owner Jan’s ‘Spatz cafe and bar’. We were on the top floor and there was a nice little balcony near our room to have a drink on and watch the paragliders in the afternoon. The shared kitchen was good too if you wanted to make some meals rather than eating out.
I like the stayed in the hotel, self check in is easy and I have received my room before the time. WiFi is good and the location of the hotel is close to the shops and 7 min to metro station. Good for couples and bed was comfortable . Thanks for free chocolate and coffee.

Very close to the train station and very clean. Easy self check in process. Loved the vintage vibes of the hotel. The view from my room was also great! We got two free coffee vouchers too!
The location was about 10 mins from Interlaken West station and was close to shops and cafes. The property also had a kitchen which was functional and we could manage to eat at the hotel.
Great staff, new hotel. I was the first person to ever stay in the room that they put me in. Very comfortable and cozy rooms. It was a good break from the hostels I had been staying in.
Apartment is big and very near to Interlaken West station. There are windows in every room so the fresh air can pass in each room.
