A lovely home - you get the whole of the top floor - with an amazing view. Two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (with chocolate and wine from the lovely host on arrival), a modern, very clean bathroom and a living room with a view over the valley. It was very comfortable, the host was available if needed, and willing to deal with our entirely inadequate German! Absolute gem in a lovely location - as long as you don't mind hairpin bends.... Fab central place for exploring Zermatt, Saas Fee and the Aletsch, with good transport links including gondolas. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location, very quiet, but a bit far (10 - 15 minutes walking) and uphil from Grächen... Good breakfast and restaurant.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a standard double room which was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely view. The balcony was nice. Breakfast was good, plenty of it. A wider range of cooked options would have been nice. The restaurant was lovely, nice varied menu with good straightforward options, child friendly.

The newly renovated Family Hotel & Spa Desirée is located in the car-free part of Grächen, only 3 minutes from both cable cars. The use of the Alpine spa is free of charge for guests.

the hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly. the view of the mountains is spectacular. Location perfect right in the centre of the village and Zermattt is only a 15 minute drive away. Delicious breakfast.
