Not the hotel at fault but did not realize there would be a much road and rail noise. Didn't read the map closely enough, facilities and comfort was very good

A very nice family own hotel, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a standard double room which was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely view. The balcony was nice. Breakfast was good, plenty of it. A wider range of cooked options would have been nice. The restaurant was lovely, nice varied menu with good straightforward options, child friendly.

The newly renovated Family Hotel & Spa Desirée is located in the car-free part of Grächen, only 3 minutes from both cable cars. The use of the Alpine spa is free of charge for guests.
