Just a lovely location and with great views. Verena was very attentive and friendly and runs a high quality establishment with customer needs in mind. I was too hot with the duvet provided so she replaced with lighter version which really helped. Lots of choice for breakfast!

Wonderful location, incredible value - exceptional restaurant and staff, a dream holiday in a charming guesthouse in what is as beautiful an area as anywhere in Switzerland.
I liked the Train passing by the Hotel every now and then.....not always we get to see this....and it was not a noisy train. Staff were very sweet and accommodating. It was Off Season so we brought our own food & the Hotel heated it up for us & provided us Plates 🍽 & other cutlery. Vehicle Parking area was good & empty ....again I guess because of the Off Season. The Sweetest Land lady provided us very nice soft extra Blankets on request....God Bless her Abundantly ❤.
Just about everything was perfect - a lovely old hotel that has been tastefully updated. Room exactly as expected, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom modern and real glass drinking glasses were provided. Dinner was excellent at the restaurant, breakfast the usual buffet but well done. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Location perfect just up the street from the lake and the center but very quiet neighborhood.
Hotel was nice, modern and clean, and reasonably priced and close to the lake. It is easy to get there from the main road and not far from mechelse-frutt area. The church is close but the bells are not an issue as some other comments claim. The automatic check-in is super straight forward if you were born after 1950. Breakfast was ok, sufficient.
We stayed here for 1 night with our dog. The town is very small but very cute. The mountains and its surroundings are beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel for a 1 night stay (especially during spring). Dinner at the restaurant was excellent! Service was great and food super delicious. Breakfast was okay, tasty but can't be compared with dinner.
Nostalgic and absolute relaxation. Everywhere was clean and there was no trace of dirt in any corner. The parking lot led to the hotel. The restaurant staff were polite and respectful. The hotel has an old and mysterious story that makes you feel as if you have stepped into an old movie.
The hotel was comfortable and the restaurant was very good. The parking garage could be reached very easily and was a safe place to park your car. The online check in/out was quick and easy. The view on the lake was very beautiful.
Self check-in - I arrived pretty late and I appreciated that I could do the check-in by myself.
