Finally, the hotel's superb position in the heart of old Eglisau, directly overlooking the Rhine, gives its guests immediate access to the lovely, grassy beach along the river, which is a haven of serenity. Swimming safely in the surprisingly warm water of the Rhine during July and August, in that gorgeous setting, is an unforgettable experience.

This is the 3rd time when I’m staying in this hotel. It’s simple functional hotel, but with great comfort and exceptionally attentive people who work there! The breakfast is always great - fruits, warm bread (probably from the nearby bakery), eggs etc. Highly recommend!
