Pertalozzi was a great place to stay and the staff at the front desk were especially helpful and professional. We were fortunate to get a parking spot right outside the front door. The location of the Hotel was amazing. It was within walking distance of Paradiso and all of its restaurants and stores.

Everything’s was good and amazing starting with the location os very near to paradiso tain station and the stop bus also near just you need to walk for 1 minute from the city exit of the hotel, the breakfast was good , check in and check out was easily and fast, the bus and train tickets was free from the hotel I mean including your reservation

The location of Studios 1 and 3 is excellent - just down the steps from the Cathedral of Saint Lawrence (the bells start at 7:00 and stop at 20:00). They both have air conditioning. Very clean and quiet, with the exception of some street noise (people, no cars). Oil, salt, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge and kitchen towels were provided. Staff were friendly and professional, especially when I locked my keys in the room and they had to come down and help! It is close to the station (5 minutes walk) but it's up a steep hill that is mostly ramp with some stairs.

Location was perfect. Once we were told to get on the funicular. After getting off the train. Hotel was about 80 metres from funicular.
Room was a squeeze as it was a very old building but had a lot of character and we loved that.
