The hotel is at walking distance from either the main or Hammer stations, and a bus stop is nearby. This was good as I had to travel in different locations. The staff was very nice and efficient, and sorted out my request very fast (I needed to add an extra night to my original booking). The hotel being a short walk from the train station was a bonus. The check in was easy with a friendly member of staff.
The breakfast was good with the usual assortment of items for a continental breakfast.
We went to the hotel with our dog and we loved it. Our hotel room was small but really nice and confortable with a nice balcony. We had the best time with our dog as there was so much space for us to walk around including a beautiful forest. Dinner and breakfast were really good too.
We have already been in this hotel before and it was excellent then and mostly still is. Dinner and breakfast still very good. Staff exceptionnally friendly and helpful. Very large swimming pool and nice spa, though a bit outdated.
