We booked a regular room but they gave us a premium one. Even though we booked a room 2 hours in advance (at 10PM), the requested cot was already installed in the room. Very happy about this stay and will probably return on our way back home.
With 2 kids, they gave us a spot at a quiet breakfast area which was very nice, as it was super busy and a bit hectic in the breakfast restaurant.

Beautiful hotel in idyllic village in the alps. Very kind friendly staff. the range of food was huge but I went for the excellent bistro menu. fabulous breakfast. Dreamy walk in the hills. really recommend!
We went to the hotel with our dog and we loved it. Our hotel room was small but really nice and confortable with a nice balcony. We had the best time with our dog as there was so much space for us to walk around including a beautiful forest. Dinner and breakfast were really good too.
We have already been in this hotel before and it was excellent then and mostly still is. Dinner and breakfast still very good. Staff exceptionnally friendly and helpful. Very large swimming pool and nice spa, though a bit outdated.
