Exceptional location directly at the lake; nice rooms and great facilities; very friendly, professional and supportive staff. We could use the pier for a large chartered boat; the receptionists were very flexible handling our crowd offering drinks etc. I am very satisfied - well done!

the flat was on the top of an apartment block, location was superb, with 2 balconies, one side overlooking the lake. very short walk to the waterfront where we could have a swim. Nice and modern and clean, wished we could have stayed longer

The room was on the side but I still had an amazing view from the balcony onto the lake! The room was quite large and comfortable. It was quiet and I could sleep with the window open. I loved having a kettle in the room, I could make coffee without getting out of bed!

Located with the lake on one side and quite a main road on the other. The hotel felt a bit tired but it was very clean and had all the facilities expected. The staff member at check in was friendly. The breakfast was adequate and filling though maybe the choice wasn't as good as at some hotels. There isn't much to do in Horn other then walk along the lake shore but we were only passing through for one night on our cycle tour of Bodensee.
We had such an excellent stay at the hotel. Very kind and helpful reception. Outstanding spa. Excellent gym. Really nice and comfortable room, with a nice terrasse. Wifi excellent. Lunch and dinner was excellent, both the location/tables and the food. We loved the different outdoor areas. We loved our dinner food. We loved the bar areas and the bar food. We loved the pier. We loved the area. We would love to come back and stay longer.

The rooms are big and warm in winter, beds are comfortable. Everything is very clean. Staff is very friendly! Breakfast is amazing, lots of tasty choices. I would definitely come back to this hotel!
We stayed in this hotel for 1 night on our way to Montreux. Location and a room with a lake view were great. Really enjoyed taking a bath in a large jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was nice, nothing special but good food and coffee to get you through the morning.

The left wing of the hotel is outdated with no a/c.
