Your receptionist or front desk personnel were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I'm referring to Assistant Front Manager Ikon, Jonathan, and Madushka. Very pleasant personalities. Breakfast buffet employee Joyce was very helpful and always presented herself with a warm and friendly smile. Housekeeping was good too. Kudos to them!!
