Not the hotel at fault but did not realize there would be a much road and rail noise. Didn't read the map closely enough, facilities and comfort was very good

A very nice family own hotel, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! I got a bigger room than I booked because the single rooms were full. The double room was very nicely equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator, there was a table and chairs as well which made my stay very comfortable.
