Alfonso and Michelle's hospitality exceeded all expectations, making us feel right at home. The accommodations were immaculate, comfortable, and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and the convenience of renting e-bikes for exploring the area. Alfonso's recommendations for nearby activities and wineries were spot on, adding great value to our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a memorable visit. Great location in downtown Kelowna. Right in a bar/market/meetingplace area, so was quite glad to have secure underground parking. That, a great room and a free continental breakfast made this the best deal in town. Very good price for what you get and where you are in Kelowna. I would Absolutely go straight to booking The Royal Anne again next visit!
Alfonso and Michelle are wonderful people. They treated us so well. From check-in to check-out we were so well looked after. We showered one morning and then walked across the hall for a top notch spa treatment. Michelle's spa room was so clean. I have had many facials but hers was one of the best. Our room was pristine with the best lighting and every amenity a five star hotel could offer! We rented the E-bikes and had a blast. We met friends of Alfonso and Michelle in the common room downstairs. Just felt so welcome. We have recommended this B&B to all our friends and we will be back! Thanks Alfonso and Michelle!
