It was very thoughtfully prepared, great space, lots if extras, wonderful location
Shelburne is a very. very. very quiet town. Only one place to get food or drink-"Boxing Rock" and it is very limited with food and felt more like a community centre than pub. Historic museum village on waterfront but no amenities at all. Yacht club at end but members only!!!!!
Much better places to visit in NS, personally wouldn't recommend this place. AVOID!

Shelburne is a very pretty town.
Shelburne is a very pretty town. We basically used this area as 'home base" for travelling around the South Shore of Nova Scotia. We did walk (2 minutes from our Motel) to Boxing Rock for supper one evening and we walked (10 minutes) to the brand new Emerald Light Restaurant the other evening. Both facilities were great. Very nice people and great food.

Shelburne is a quaint little town on Nova Scotia's south shore. We were only there for the accommodations, as we were just looking for an affordable place to spend the night as we had been tenting and the weather had turned. Would definately recommend putting this little village on places to visit on the south shore.

There is no other place like Shelburne.
There is no other place like Shelburne. It's quaint, beautiful, welcoming and famous for its dory shop and whirlygigs. Restaurants are open and set up for social distancing. Waterfront restaurants serve excellent food and cool ocean breezes. The lobster sandwiches are memorable! We live in Nova Scotia and visit Shelburne every summer.

It is my hometown. I love going back for a visit. It is clean, quiet and the people are friendly. I love going back. An added treat was Mr Fish restaurant. The meal was nice and hot, tasty and reasonably priced.

Exceeded our expectations, a comfortable room turned out to be more of a full apartment for our stay, with helpful, friendly interactions with both the property manager and room staff (thank you both!). Beautiful location, couldn't ask for better in Shelburne, and appreciated the free and readily available parking. Wonderful set off point for Shelburne and the South Shore entire, would certainly book here first in the future.
Amanda was a warm, friendly, gracious host who accommodated us for an extra night after our ferry was cancelled. She creates an atmosphere that allows you to interact with other guests or to have privacy. This is an ideal location for those seeking to be on the water and a bit off the tourist scene of boisterous restaurants. The Black Lpyalist Herotage Centre is close and not to be missed
This historic Inn on quaint Shelburne waterfront is a total delight. Amanda, the proprietor, could not be more charming and accommodating. Her wine social at 5pm is a perfect opportunity to engage with her and fellow travellers. Exceptional breakfasts change daily and are always delicious. Rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience.
Breakfast was great. It was nice to have choices. Location was also great. Right in Shelburne’s historic district on the water. Easy walking to restaurants or for a walk along the water front. Beautiful gardens along the side with comfortable seating around the gardens.
Clean, quiet and comfortable..Great location Walking distance to downtown and Shelburne,s beautiful waterfront.Walking distance to restaurants and also museums. Staff very helpful at the Inn.Offerings ideas on places to visit in Nova Scotia.
We immediately felt at home and started to talk about when we can return. Not only is it a perfect location for day trips to Barrington and Shelburne but there are amazing beaches a short drive away.
Inner Harbour is located right on the waterfront of Shelburne. Our room, room #5 was well appointed though very small. The Murphy bed was comfortable but took up most of the room.
Everything! The location of our cottage was excellent! Short walk to the seashore. Very well equipped with everything! 30 minute drive to either Barrington or Shelburne.
