The VIP cocktail tour with the wolves was excellent, the accommodations were good. The staff at the restaurant incredibly remarkably rude to non French speakers. The website leaves a lot to be desired in terms of booking specifics and information but overall we enjoyed. When the web confirmations were unclear they were quick to respond to email

This resort was just lovely. You felt like you were in the most amazing log cabin on earth. The staff was wonderful, the amenities were perfect, in our room was lovely. We definitely want to come back every season to see everything this resort and area has to offer.
