Nothing. The motel was awful. The staff were rude. The rate was too high for what we got and was not in line with other motels. Anyone who pays so much and receives so little is being taken for a fool.

This location is absolutely perfect! It’s a stone throw from the highway, shopping, cinemas, restaurants and only a short drive to downtown. What I liked best about the location is if you’re not an experienced highway driver, which can be scary, you can avoid them completely simply by turning right instead of left when leaving their parking lot. Within three minutes, driving along a slower-paced two lane road, you land among an array of everything you could possibly need. And absolutely no need to worry about taking a wrong turn and ending up on the highway! The staff were SO friendly and helpful. Very easy to talk to; made check-in swift; helped with directions; and even suggested movies we might like from our preferred genre (they have a DVD library). Breakfast was great, not just boring carb heavy choices. The dining room was being restocked and cleaned while we were eating. We’ll definitely be back to this hotel whenever we have to travel to the IWK. Thank you!

The place is very nice and clean. Our room was lovely and spacious. The hotel itself is a bit all over the place! Check in is on lever 3! The car park signage is not very clear for people who don't know the area. The breakfast was good and just want we needed before our flight back home. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

He was prompt with responding. He was even outside when I arrived and reassured me that my car fit (I parked a little further away because I didn’t want to block anyone’s driveway). He even had the a/c unit on when I arrived! The Brita filter jug was topped off, both the ice trays were full of ice, and left a lovely note. Everything was clean, and there already items stocked to make my stay easier when using the kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, etc). I drove to No Frills to grab items, which was maybe 7 minutes away (driving). I’d definitely opt to stay here again. Thanks you!
