The facililties were immaculate. Looks like a FIVE STAR HOTEL.
The distractions and things that needs fixing are as follows:
1. The entrance to the basement apartment is at the REAR of the building and the lighting to the rear and door the apartment is poor. This is potentially a major security risk.
2. Only 1 communal TV to be shared between 3 different users. There should be a TV in each room and it should be live CABLE TV. They only have ROKU.
