Location was good! House was quiet and clean and host was very respectful and quick to communicate and we liked how check out was 12 noon and not earlier as it gave us time to wake up

The facililties were immaculate.
The facililties were immaculate. Looks like a FIVE STAR HOTEL.
The distractions and things that needs fixing are as follows:
1. The entrance to the basement apartment is at the REAR of the building and the lighting to the rear and door the apartment is poor. This is potentially a major security risk.
2. Only 1 communal TV to be shared between 3 different users. There should be a TV in each room and it should be live CABLE TV. They only have ROKU.
