Beautifully situated on the coast. Could hear the sound of the ocean while we slept. Sweet room, lots of care put into the property. Friendly owner, cute chickens roaming around.

Definitely everything ! Nicole is the kind of host you would want to meet. She’s easy going and very welcoming. Her home is sparking clean and her breakfast is as beautiful as it tastes : delicious ! And you’ll get a chance to watch humming birds around the house, how surprising !

We stated 2nights only so we didn't have time to explore much and the weather wasn't cooperating. Next time, we would stay longer but probably in the Gaspe area so we can be closer to the hiking trails.

I just love this little town, and of course the majestic Rock. The new boardwalk is amazing, so well engineered to work with Nature rather than against it. The restaurants in town are fabulous! And there is much to do and see in neighbouring communities as well. !0 out of 10!

This town is a must for those who enjoy the outdoors.
This town is a must for those who enjoy the outdoors. We went on a sea excursion and toured Perce Rock and Bonaventure Island. We saw whales and thousands of sea birds. Seals and more. The town has a number of dining facilities to choose from but some close after Labour Day so take note when planning your trip. there is zip lining and a great lookout to view the area but this comes with a small cost.

Lovely little touristy town.
Lovely little touristy town.
We walked from hotel to all restaurants and pier.
You buy your tickets for Bonaventure Island at little kiosks in the downtown area (can do this on the day of tour) - then line up about 30 minutes before departure on the pier. MUST SEE the BIRDS. If able, do the short hike to see birds on the island. AMAZING.
You can buy your park pass online ahead of time OR when you arrive on the island. Either is fine.
Recommend going over at 9:00 a.m. to allow extra time.

Great boat tour of Bonaventure Island and we saw lots of whales from our hotel. Booking dinner difficult as reservations were all taken. Therese’s was excellent and Chez Max delivered excellent food.
We were very pleased with everything at the Hotel Manoir Perce. We had nice 2nd floor rooms with a perfect view of Perce Rock. The staff was so friendly and a treat to chat with. Although the restaurant was closed due to covid, they provided us with a nice bag breakfast with fresh lemon loaf and croissants.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Perce area. You are right in the "heart" of town so the shops and restaurants are just outside - no need to drive to a restaurant!
1) the view is so good that we could see the famous stone mountain of Perce.
2) the room is big and comfortable, but the bath tube is a little weird. so when we have shower, the strong air flow made by the tube could splash the water everywhere in the toilet
3) the swimming pool is good. my kid enjoyed it very much.
4) the staffs are very nice and friendly and gave us a lot of useful info related with the restos in the downtown.
It was fine. The rooms were very small so we felt cramped. It was reasonably clean, save the disgusting old carpet that had stains all over it and just felt really dirty. We had a view of the Rocher, which was nice. Not all rooms had that. The air conditioning didn't work well, it made the room smell bad, and it was either very cold right over one of the beds or boiling and stuffy in the room.
The breakfast service was appropriate and fast. Food was always available and fresh. The large time window of service allowed us to eat early if we needed to leave on morning activities and late enough if we decided to sleep in during the morning. We also had acces to a free parking spot in Percé which was a huge plus! We also had a view on the Rocher Percé from our room.
A nice clean motor court hotel/motel with a friendly staff. A very good value with an incredible view for 180 degrees looking off the coast. Lots of sea birds flying back and forth up and down the coast. There was a nice outside seating area by the cliff where you could just sit and enjoy the view.
Great location in the heart of Perce near everything with great views of Perce Rock. We were able to access everything the town has to offer easily from the motel.
There was an issue with construction noise but the staff quickly relocated us to a quieter room.
It looks like all rooms of this hotel have breathtaking views of the Bay and the rocks and island that are the main attraction of town Perce. (provided the is no fog) Nonetheless, we could hear the sound of the waves in any weather on the balcony.
nice room, big kitchen and eating area . you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise on the sea from the porch and the giant Perce rock is right there. good location, several minute drive to visitor center, harbor and restaurant. friendly staff,
The location by the sea is perfect for photography. The hotel restaurant was nested in the heart of this scenic town. The dining room was open and bright. The staff members were friendly and the food was delicious.
The most extraordinary location, our room had a dramatic view of Perce Rock. Very good quality lite breakfast the owner was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. We definitely would stay there again.
Great hosts...welcoming and very helpful
Great location....a short walk to the main street in Perce so no parking fees
Great breakfast....Nicole took great care in preparing a yummy breakfast
Good location on the East side of Percé, with a little older property. Perhaps needs a little upgrading here and there, but acceptable for short overnight stay. Recommended. PK
