Breakfast was very good. Some protein like a hard boiled egg would have been a great addition.

Excellent location, close to everything. Although it is placed at the Cariboo Highway you don't hear any traffic noise in the room. Squeaky clean rooms with middle class appeal and all amenities you could ask for. Very comfortable beds. Lovely and extremely helpful owner couple. Best independently owned roadside Motel I have had the pleasure of staying in since years!
The Cozy Cubbyhole B&B is set in the wilderness of One Hundred Mile House, but still 10 minutes' walk from the city centre. Free WiFi access is available.

I thought that we might find something special when I booked the Horse Lake Inn. But oh wow! What an absolutely magnificent gem it is. Thank you so much to our hosts who were extraordinarily gracious, friendly and accommodating. The suites are beautifully embellished by exquisite finishings, furniture and appliances. The views of the lake and the surrounds are spectacular. A truly beautiful place, I agree with all the previous reviews when they say 1 night is not enough.
We go every year to visit friends. We don't hunt or fish.
We go every year to visit friends. We don't hunt or fish. This time we also went to Centennial Park, which is very lovely. We went on a leisurely walk to see the falls. They were spectacular. We continued on a little hike which was nice. The grounds of the park would be a great place for a picnic.

Typical old highway town.
Typical old highway town. Most things need repair and maintenance. Nothing remarkable at all. Has a good variety of places to eat. People are friendly. A fair amount of shopping for most of your needs. For the outdoor enthusiasts it is great. More lakes than you can count! Great trout fishing in all of the lakes. Hiking skiing boating camping wildlife right in your back yard. A nature lovers paradise!

Slightly decrepit but perfectly acceptable if you only need a place to sleep. Go in with low expectations and you'll be fine. The staff are nice and the rooms are fairly clean (although there is fair amount of stains on the bedding and the bathrooms are slightly scary).

We love the Chartreuse Moose in 100 Mile House!
We love the Chartreuse Moose in 100 Mile House! Also for us travelling long distances between Prince George and the Lower Mainland, it is good to have a nice place coffee and/or meal and in this case we spent a night in a motels each way on our trip South. We also really appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of both the Westwood Motel and Motel 94.

I never ended up staying there. I showed up at 5 p.m. after travelling 7 hours. There was no staff on site. I waited 20 minutes. 2 hotel guests tried calling and the manager said he "stepped out for 20 minutes." I had to locate another motel, and managed to get the only remaining room in 100 mile house! It cost me $40 more. I was NOT happy. I tried Expedia.ca and was told there were no rooms in all of 100 Mile House.
The parking lot being empty should have been my first warning.
The room was extremely hot. The noisy air conditioner was loud and took all night to cool. There was no hot water. There was no one at the front desk. I would not have paid half the price.
It was dirty. Please remove this from your list of hotels
Modern, clean hotel. Better than expected to be honest. Complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in 100 mile house. Good restaurant 2 mins away - Red Rock Grill.
Hotel location was ideal coming into town from the south.
Hotel was well run, quiet, and very clean.
Continental breakfast was adequate, not having to drive to restaurants in town.
Ample parking on hotel property.
We requested a room in which we didn't have to use stairs, and Days Inn accommodated our request, I was very happy with that. I think free parking as included, but i can not remember if it was mentioned.
My room was clean. But the rest of the hotel needed a good cleaning- lobby, stairs, hallway.
And whoever painted the walls got paint on carpets and doors. Sloppy job
