The staff who greeted us were very friendly. It didn’t smell. The controlled air was at the perfect temperature - not too hot or cold. It was nice and quiet. There were a working mini fridge and microwave which both came in handy.

Breakfast was good, we were visiting friends in Baden so it was only a 10 minutes drive to Puddicombe House. Very clean facilities, coffee maker in room, their was a wedding going on but you could not hear the wedding party. Very quite due to soundproof rooms.

The breakfast selection was really great for the price and packed a lot of value. The service at the restaurant was also prompt. The hotel has a nice gym and swimming pool that can be used and a squash court that needs prior booking. The front desk attendants were every helpful at stowing our luggage after check-out as we were doing some sightseeing. The property was clean and the rooms were spacious.

Didn't see the New Hamburg town but the adjacent Stratford city was marvelous with beautiful buildings and architecture. Lovely place to spend romantic moments and njoy the scenic beauty of town. Very nice and hospitable people in the town. Great theaters and plays playing around for the festival....

It's a pretty little town just off the highway and very handy while I am traveling through the area as it has a grocery store, McDonalds, gas station, Tim Hortons. It's a perfect stopover when traveling to larger cities like Kitchener or Stratford. Only 20 minutes to Stratford and a much cheaper place to stay during festival season.
The restaurant was good. menu was interesting and the food was well prepared. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived in the middle of an antique car rally and couldn’t get into the hotel parking. when we called the hotel for instructions, Administration came right out to the road to direct us in.
Nice hotel in the historic site of New Hamburg. beautiful rooms , comfortable beds, bath with tube and whirlpool and douche Delicious breakfast and friendly, helpful people and a really good service. We could use the washing machine. thanks to the Team :)
