What needs to be improved is the room service, the work of tidying up the room is not perfect, there are still some parts that are not clean and tidy, but overall it is quite good.

The linen on the bed was damp, and the AC had been turned down ahead of my arrival.
By the time i noticed the issue, and tried calling the front desk, there was no answer.
I went to the front desk and no one was there to assist.

Very interesting that you would ask me for my feedback before my stay. Well I just completed my stay today 25AUG. It was the most horrific stay in a hotel in my 29 years of travel. The rooms were dirty, the towels were dirty the beds were dirty. All the elements that are need to be comfortable were missing. If this was pre / during COVID, this place would be shut down by the Ministry. To use the WYNDAM name is a disgrace. I will put a formal review and provide videos of the disgrace.

London is both an attractive destination and one you would wonder "what ever happened" here? A case of poor urban planning where one street will start with poor dilapidated unkept housing and soundings to match and at the other end feature homes of the highest calibre with beautiful landscaped surroundings.

We had an excellent dinner at The Keg.
We had an excellent dinner at The Keg. It was my husband's birthday, and we were given the most wonderful complimentary dessert. Probably, the best I have ever tasted.
Our "Inn" was very nice. So much better than a regular hotel.
Lots of construction in the downtown area, though.

We had dinner at Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar and the food was great and delicious . The staff there were very friendly and helpful. As we had waited very long for the bill to come, the Manager came to meet us to apologize with 2 nice tubs of ice cream which made everyone happy! We will definitely go back in the next trip.

When i took the shower next day, the bath tub drain was not...
When i took the shower next day, the bath tub drain was not working, for 2 min of shower and 5 min of wait for the water to be rinsed, so i can wash my feet quickly with clean water and get out of the tub.
The hotel looks like a warehouse. Carpet in the room had stains.
I told the management upon leaving, they said they will fix it, what good that will do for me ?
The Motel 6 was amazing. Staff are so wonderful catering to your needs and smile at every possibility it’s a very positive and clean environment. Staff are so amazing pool is beautiful and clean, rooms are great size and clean and hotel is quite nice. I want to again say the staff are so clean so polite you will see them cleaning, checking pool chemicals every two hours and ensuring to there best your stay is amazing. I cannot express the way I was impressed especially by the staff just beautiful
it is an excellent location, minus that it is directly downtown London and you know what goes with that, with that being said it was a wonderful hotel! the staff the location and the rooms were VERY good, the people at the front desk were very helpful and nice! I will be back many times in the future!
