I was there, visiting Victoria hospital. I was basically only there to sleep. It was a very difficult time for me. I will never forget kindness of your staff. I did not know there was a discount hospital visitors offered that on my last night. The Compassion I received on such a personal level, helped me greatly. Very interesting that you would ask me for my feedback before my stay. Well I just completed my stay today 25AUG. It was the most horrific stay in a hotel in my 29 years of travel. The rooms were dirty, the towels were dirty the beds were dirty. All the elements that are need to be comfortable were missing. If this was pre / during COVID, this place would be shut down by the Ministry. To use the WYNDAM name is a disgrace. I will put a formal review and provide videos of the disgrace.

London is both an attractive destination and one you would wonder "what ever happened" here? A case of poor urban planning where one street will start with poor dilapidated unkept housing and soundings to match and at the other end feature homes of the highest calibre with beautiful landscaped surroundings.

We had an excellent dinner at The Keg.
We had an excellent dinner at The Keg. It was my husband's birthday, and we were given the most wonderful complimentary dessert. Probably, the best I have ever tasted.
Our "Inn" was very nice. So much better than a regular hotel.
Lots of construction in the downtown area, though.

We had dinner at Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar and the food was great and delicious . The staff there were very friendly and helpful. As we had waited very long for the bill to come, the Manager came to meet us to apologize with 2 nice tubs of ice cream which made everyone happy! We will definitely go back in the next trip.

When i took the shower next day, the bath tub drain was not...
When i took the shower next day, the bath tub drain was not working, for 2 min of shower and 5 min of wait for the water to be rinsed, so i can wash my feet quickly with clean water and get out of the tub.
The hotel looks like a warehouse. Carpet in the room had stains.
I told the management upon leaving, they said they will fix it, what good that will do for me ?

Good accomodation for the price. I wish more student campuses would provide accomodation during students summer vacation. It is more affordable.
Friendly stuff, you feel welcomed.
They provided complimentary coffee, better than more expensive hotels. After all, you just need a clean and safe place to stay during vacation.
Location was excellent to be close to family in London. Unfortunately, all the hotels in London are either downtown or south east. Family lives in north west part of city and this hotel is the only one in this part of city.
room was as advertised, very comfortable. Underground parking was easily accessed and worked well as it was snowy weather. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Location was excellent for our needs in downtown London.
The location was great!! The Market across from the hotel is awesome!, so much fun! Lots of cool vendors.
