The room was very comfortable! The fridge froze my food however, when I brought it to the attention of the Front desk it was dealt with.

We chose the hotel because it was pet friendly. We like to travel with our dog and being able to have him stay with us was great. The staff at the Village Inn were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. We loved the location. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast which was included. We went to a local restaurant Jack’s (within walking distance) because we could bring our dog with us (outside patio). Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Conform to the description on Booking.com. Convenient location: right in the center of Lakefield. Parked 10 meters from the entrance. Foodland supermarket 5min away walking, and Timmy's 3min away by car. A bit of nit-picking: the room was quite cold when I arrived.
It was so comfortable, and quiet. Thanks for accommodating our dear sister-in-law who joined us for a visit over breakfast! Lakefield is a lovely little town and the bakery across the street had a locally made elderberry syrup that our brother in-law will be blessed with during this cancer journey. Great stopping place! Next time we will stay longer!!
