We spent only one afternoon/evening in Inverness, mainly to eat dinner and take in a Celtic Colours concert. There are only a couple of restaurants in the town and because of the concert, our first choice was packed. Luckily, a food truck was set up on the main street and we were happy with our fish and chips meals.

I loved the beach walk and the colours ..The people were helpful and kind ..
I would like to think that the roll on effect of the golf course & the wealth that comes in from that would have a positive impact on the infrastructure for the locals ..
I enjoyed my supper at Glenora , and the music was lovely .
It’s so great that after the coal mine closing that they have been able to reuse the land in a way that enhances the beauty of the area ..and yet preserved some of the history by having a museum ..

One bedroom cottage overlooking the ocean with kitchenette with all the necessities. Patio with picnic table and chairs overlooking the ocean. It’s a cozy cottage. The queen size bed was super comfy! Close to the town and next to the golf course and access to the beach ! Will be back!
