The staff Matheus is great, happy and fun. All of the staffs are lovely.
The swimming pool is really nice and super clean.
The dinner at the restaurant inside was amazing.

Beaches are beautiful, city is pretty nice and has all kinds of services. Gastronomy is definitely not the best part of Rio das Ostras. I had two disappointments regarding restaurants. Expensive price for poor food and service. Don't expect to eat good food (that makes your money worth it) if you are going to Rio das Ostras. Expect the minimum and pay more than you should.
The staff are really nice. We met the manager who went out of her way to make our trip memorable. The decor of the hotel is superb. First class. It is a pity that the decor didn`t go to the rooms which are very very simple. The bedding and the towels also are not up to standard.
We had a drink in the bar which was really nice. The service was first class.The breakfast is nice. On the whole I think it was more than worth it. I hope to go back there.
