Room was good space and blackout windows worked like a charm. Location is very good and has goo access to city's most sought after spots. air conditioning was good, without any smell and cooled well. The room design was very pleasant with drawing on the wall, very cool arrangement.

Firstly, the hotel did not match what was in the photos. The hotel staff is very helpful. Cleaning was very good. There are many issues that must be taken into consideration. Firstly, the problem is the parking lots, which are very narrow and full of rubbish and bad smells. Drops of water fall in the parking lot and it is difficult to avoid them. Cars are not arranged in the parking lot, which makes it difficult to leave easily. The only cool part that is the same as the photos is the breakfast area.

It is very comfortable, has plenty of malls for its size, and I believe the quality of life is very pleasant if you are raising a family.

Love it!!!! I left in love of this city. 14 days spent here let me interact with its people, and they’re amazing. Everything was excellent. It’s culture, landmarks, everything is interesting. Uber service is ridiculously cheap. The great variety of shopping malls with great prices is amazing. The town center is intact in sense of stores. You can breath the joy of Ribeirao’s people. I travel globally a lot and just can say that I left with a great impression. Sure can say is on my list of those places that got deep in your heart and you know you have to come back and you just hope it’s charm never fades away. Ribeirao Preto left in me the desire to live there, and that’s something you can’t say often of a place you visit.
Room service is very good. The maids wre very attentive and served us very well during the days we stayed at the hotel. The concierge attendants and the garage service were always very attentive and helpful with us. Breakfast was great, with severl food options, such as fruits, cheeses, cakes, breads, scrambled eggs, juices, yogurts and a nice place to enjoy these moments.
The hotel has a perfect localization, beautiful, spacious room with a very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and everything to make stay in Ribeirão Preto unforgettable! If I come back to this city will stay in Black Stream Hotel for sure :)
The bed was very comfortable and the general decoration theme of the hotel was quite fun, i.e. beer! The building set-up was interesting since it was part of a larger complex of building, facilitating business opportunities.
One of the worst hôtels i ever stayed. Very overpriced.
However i could find some pros:
- 7 minutes walk to the intercity bus station
- 2 minutes walk to the nice park and resto/shops
- guest-friendly
Breakfast was good. Staff was very attentive. Parking was on a lot right next to the hotel, very convenient. If you don't mind some extra noise it is a good place for a one night.
