The rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. The staff prefer to park your car for you as parking area is small. Some staff made the effort to assist us in English. It's in a great location.

The hotel is beautiful, swimming pool outstanding, grounds incredible.... Now the food was mediocre, to really bad, not expected in a 5 star hotel where you pay over $1000 dollars per night... the experience with the food was very sad and nowhere else to eat.... a muqueca was unatable, the pasta for room service was unatable as well, it is really hard to miss a primavera pasta! And a penne a la vodka ( we ordered that for safety as the diner experience was sooo bad).... for a fasano brand , such a high class hotel the food was a 2 out of 10... really disapponted... in the room they give you 4 free nespresso and then charge you $12 for 1(one lipton tea bag)....
in a all, beautiful place and horrible food for a brazilian experience!!!
