Ibis always has a standard of service and it is always acceptable but as this is a long way from the main cities I was not expecting the excellent level. Good beds, good showers, clean and friendly staff. The wifi was also good in the room. I travel a lot in Brazil and this place was a surprise, good breakfast and easy to find. I will come back here.

The breakfast was delicious, the personnel was very attentive and the room was very nice, I would go back in my next visit
The city is ugly, it feels like it is abandoned. The aquarium, that is the biggest in the south of Brazil is not under good administration, the place where the turtles live was very dirty. The historic buildings look like they are falling apart. I would not recommend at all. If you are near, and you want to go to the beach, go to Pontal do Parana, which is very close. If you prefer a historic city, go to Morretes.
