I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the flat, which was way bigger than I had expected, as the pictures in the Booking app were limited and made me believe there was only one bedroom with a double bed. However, there were two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with twin beds. The apartment was fantastic and were spick and span.
The hotel has stellar staff. They were all polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The latter went the extra mile to make us feel really welcome. Congratulations to the hotel team!
The food was tasty and reasonably priced. It was à la carte on weekdays, and a buffet at the weekend.

Breakfast was good. Not great. Good. A nice range of options: fruits, bread, yogurt, coffee, milk. Although there was always crowded, there were tables available. Cleaners at all times, freeing up new tables. Good experience!

The city is very calm and small, so it is easy to walk around. but all natural hot water sources became a water park full of slides and swimming pools. If you have kids, maybe it is great. But if you are trying to find a place to chill, enjoy nature and have a relaxing moment, none of the water park offers that.
Ok breakfast, lunch not so good, bettet have snacks at the pool. Pool area nice and staff great. The general areas of the hotel lacks maintenance for many years and the outside as well. Exception is the pool area which is very nice. If you don’t mind it being a bit run down the price is good.
The hotel is wonderful, the atmosphere is very familiar, the reception was very kind to me. The hotel has valet. The location is great, close to everything, just a few minutes from the center of Caldas Novas. The owners of the Apartment were very helpful via WhatsApp.
I really liked the hotel facilities, the water park and the playground. It has a greatful estructure for the family and children. Having free tickets to enter the hotel chain water parks gave us an extraordinary experience at Caldas Novas.
The breakfast was really good, fresh food and a wide variety of options. The hotel has a great location, right in front of the Caldas Quentes water park, which is awesome! The parking lot is also very large and it has easy access.
