I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the flat, which was way bigger than I had expected, as the pictures in the Booking app were limited and made me believe there was only one bedroom with a double bed. However, there were two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with twin beds. The apartment was fantastic and were spick and span.
The hotel has stellar staff. They were all polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The latter went the extra mile to make us feel really welcome. Congratulations to the hotel team!
The food was tasty and reasonably priced. It was à la carte on weekdays, and a buffet at the weekend.

Breakfast was good. Not great. Good. A nice range of options: fruits, bread, yogurt, coffee, milk. Although there was always crowded, there were tables available. Cleaners at all times, freeing up new tables. Good experience!

The city is very calm and small, so it is easy to walk...
The city is very calm and small, so it is easy to walk around. but all natural hot water sources became a water park full of slides and swimming pools. If you have kids, maybe it is great. But if you are trying to find a place to chill, enjoy nature and have a relaxing moment, none of the water park offers that.
We enjoyed the hotel location being by the lake with lovely views and walking distance to Kawana Park. The number of pools available is great but I would not want to be at this property on a busy weekend or holiday. The apartments are well maintained. We appreciated the shuttle bus to and from the Water Park and Clube Prive, it would be good to have more than one time option for the transfers.
Ok breakfast, lunch not so good, bettet have snacks at the pool. Pool area nice and staff great. The general areas of the hotel lacks maintenance for many years and the outside as well. Exception is the pool area which is very nice. If you don’t mind it being a bit run down the price is good.
