Very helpful staff, location is good - right at the city entrance and with bars/restaurants close by. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel looks nice, it was god to have a garage to leave the car overnight. We are a family, so it was good to have rooms connected in the hotel, that was a great plus. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed. Recommended.
Location is nice, the hotel is just across a pleasant park full of big trees where one can read, jogging, play with pets. Accomodations are fair, liked the swimming pool area. Staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast has a good variety of items. Also, there is a little kitchen with a sink and microwave available for the guests.
Verónica helped us a lot since we arrived well past the check in time. We were delayed by accidents on our route from Rio de Janeiro to Bauru. Rodrigo and her were kind enough to help us with the inconvenience. We had a good and relaxing time after we arrived. Forever grateful!
A hotel out of the centre of town and close to highways. Chosen location because we needed to transport ourselves from Bauru and Agudos and viceversa which we did quite few times and this was very convenient.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and, even though it's a very "Spartan" hotel, the room and bathroom were clean. The wifi worked well: fast and steady, good signal. There's a mini fridge and the air conditioning works well.
Breakfast was amazing. All food was fresh and delicious—lots of fruits, cakes, cheeses, and hams. Juices were naturally made every day. The scrambled eggs and sausage gravy were delicious. Best breakfast I have found in a Hotel.
