Arraial do Cabo is nice for a stay on the beach and for diving. Praia Grande is really big with white sand. The temperature of the water may change rapidly. Praia dos Anjos is small but there is more sea life. The beach by the harbour is not so clean. Arraial do Cabo has many restaurants with tastefull options, also small restaurants where local people come to buy their lunch. This type of small restaurants is a real good option for healthy meals. Diving opportunities are plenty. Also boat trips.

Amazing town with plenty of absolutely stunning beaches and the clearest water I ve ever seen! The options to keep yourself entertained are endless! Boat tours, buggy ride/ horse ride, diving…etc.
Lovely sleepy beach resort.
Beautiful clear water.
I loved it, so came back 2 years later, when I returned to Brazil.
Annoying that so few restaurants are open at lunchtime.
The barracas on the beach can be a bit expensive and apply a minimum charge - which is quite substantial ~Rs$80.

Bus station, shops, chemist, restaurants, and anything else...
Bus station, shops, chemist, restaurants, and anything else you need is close by. To save time take advantage of the boat taxis and buggies. Take a guide with you at least for 2 days as they know the best beaches for snorkelling/scuba diving, photography and awesome sunsets. Praia Grande and Praia dos Anjos are the best places to stay as it’s not too crowded. Don’t forget your hat and sunscreen.. enjoy!!

Coming from Rio, Arraial do Cabo seems great, the beaches are beautiful and the weather's nice, although in the windy season currently. It feels like a friendly, smaller, party/vacation town and we found that the prices reflect that. The only disappointing thing was the lack of a nightlife, everyone seems to be in bed by 24:00. All in all though, I'd visit again for the beaches and the stunning views.

Casa Corazul is located at an amazing spot, walkable distance from Pontal do Atalia beaches and a short drive (15min) from bars, restaurants and Praia dos Anjos, from where main boats tours leave. You will definitely want to have your own car to get around the area as getting a taxi can be tricky and expensive.
The host is a lovely and friendly person and made us feel very welcome.
The staff were really nice and friendly; the two boys on reception Bruno, and Gustavo, are a credit to their Company. The two young men could not help me enough; assisting with local information about trips etc, which also included; Bruno, arranging my return trip to Rio; as I did not speak any Portuguese.
I would not hesitate to book this hotel if ever I return
The staff is super nice and helpful, we wanted to change rooms and they helped us without any problem. The breakfast is really tasty and there is a wide range of things to choose from. It is walking distance to Praia dos Anjos and Praia Grande is maybe 15 minutes walking as well. Everything was clean and functioning, amazing!! :)
Very friendly and helpful staff. The suite was comfortable with a very nice view from the balcony. Nice breakfast with a decent choice.
The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Praia Grande or to the closest supermarket. Lot's of restaurants nearby.

The surroundings of Arraial do Cabo are simply amazing, The house and installation are lovely and well-equipped, and the views and beaches nearby are astonishing. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great time in Arraial and see the sunrise on an amazing terrace
beautiful hostel. nice common places to work or relax. dorms are not crammed with ample space between beds. super strong AC. right by the beach. very friendly staff. nice kitchen to cook. this is clearly the best hostel in Arraial do Cabo. would definitely stay again
The worst hotel I have been
After 1 hour, unable to get a WI-FI connection, walked out of the place.
I am trying to get the billing reversed.
I hope Booking.com will help me to recover the payment I made. And they will remove this complex out their site
Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, comfy beds and perfect size bedrooms with big closets. Smart TVs, equipped kitchen, nice terras. Beautiful secured residential complex, clean and a few meters away from Praia Grande. Lovely pool area and game room.
Nice location, cosy inn, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very close to the beach, and accessible to the other neighbourhoods of Arraial (Praia dos Anjos and Praia Grande), where you can find restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed it!
This was the best Pousada we stayed in in Brasil. Super friendly staff, they helped us with everything. The breakfast was delicious and the location is great to explore Arraial do Cabo. Highly recommend!
