Staff was the best—extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. Convenient location. Hotel itself was quite pretty and comfortable and quiet. Wine hour was also a plus.

Location is perfect! We could walk into town for shopping, dining, and the ferry terminal. Miles market is very close by for snacks, lunch and to go items, etc., which enabled us to get some to go items for lunch by the pool. Staff is beyond exceptional from Homer at our check-in, to the lovely gentlemen greeting us at breakfast every morning, they made us feel welcome and at home. Pool is nice. Veranda outside room was fabulous for first cup of tea in the morning to last cup of tea in the evening. Having a tea kettle and fridge was awesome.

Located along Castle Harbor, this 21-acre tropical estate features an underground cave, full-service spa and spacious rooms with ocean views. LF Wade International Airport is a 10-minute drive away.

Private beach wasn’t overly crowded during the week. Water fairly calm. Trampoline in ocean was fun for kids. Cave pool is open for guests to use and cool to see. Food was surprisingly good at the hotel restaurants. Taxis are always at the ready and bell service was good. Three names that stand out at this place. June Ann, Peaches, and Zach. They are the best of what this resort has to offer. They all went out of their way to make our visit pleasant.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well presented and always super clean . Location is very central in Hamilton, it's perfect for business travelers that don't want to pay the extortionate rates at the Princess.

Everything. The hospitality of Joe and Carole, their beautiful home that they have opened up to others to enjoy, the beautiful views of the bay, the delicious breakfast, the location, the attentiveness of their kind staff (Annie), everything was perfect. The only complaint is that we had to eventually leave to come home. It is just a perfect place to stay and enjoy Bermuda for the beautiful place that it is. I also loved seeing Carole’s art throughout and was inspired to go buy a piece to take home.
