A great paradise for children, there is a children's warm pool, a nice big playground, a wonderful children's corner and even when the corner closes at 10 pm, in the conference room they continue to entertain and take care of the children. The animators are amazing, they not only entertain the children, but also adequately monitor where they are and, if necessary, send them to the parent at any time.

Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my partner for a week. I am so happy we found this place. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The reception was very helpful with lovely and professional staff.The lobby is beautiful with a lots of great drinks.
The room was lovely, super clean with stunning views and with the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on! The bathroom with a shower and bathtub was very clean.
Our breakfast was fantastic with an abundance of delicious foods and drinks. Dinner had a fantastic menu and scrumptious food served quickly. The live music was delightful with plenty of great songs.
The spa was incredibly relaxing with a positive atmosphere and good vibes all around.
And let's not forget, all the pools were clean and pleasantly warm.
I was so happy with our stay that I was actually sad to leave! Overall, I had the best stay ever in Velingrad and definitely will be back there and will recommend this piece of heaven to everyone’s.

This town is SPA-TOWN with many SPA hotels with mineral waterpools, SPA procedures and something else for health. But for me it looks like one street in my city. Too small and nothing to see here except Spa hotels and few restaurants and that's all.
Few restaurants were really good: PARADISE restaurant and Garden restaurant in RICH hotel.

It's a small mountain town, that is renowned for it's mineral water springs. One could go on a hike in the forest or drive to nearby places, where more woods, mineral water springs and lakes can be seen.
There are several petrol stations and grocery chain stores. Two railway stations with train service several times a day.
The restaurants are currently closed due to the virus situation.

Velingrad is best known for its thermal springs and Spa-s. It's located in the heart of Rhodope mountains and there are many trails to explore. Although if you don't have a car they're difficult to reach because the suburban buses aren't reliable(2-3 times a day). It's good to check the narrow-gauge railway which takes you through the mountain and offers great views. In Septemvri the railway connects to trains to Sofia.

Definitely one of my favorite SPA places in Bulgaria.
Definitely one of my favorite SPA places in Bulgaria. Actually it's at the top of my list! Great for walks and also a lot of places with traditional Bulgarian cuisine.
I highly recommend it if you're looking for a nice quiet weekend or a longer getaway!

Velingrad is a great little spa town with streets jutting out in several directions surrounded by trees and mountains. It's just the right size for exploring during a short trip of a few days. There are places to stay for any budget range. Relaxing in a warm mineral water pool is perfect for clearing your head and forgetting about work. Don't miss the narrow-gauge train that passes through town on its slow ride through the mountainous countryside to Dobrinishte or Septemvri.

It is a small peaceful town, not too high in the mountain, with plenty of hotels and restaurants, spa centres and massage studios, amazing lake and gorgeous pools with geothermal water. The road to the town between high heels and along a crystal clean creek is exceptionally beautiful in autumn.
It was a traditional,authentic Bulgarian house .İt was clean ,cute and peaceful.I felt like that ı was in my grandmum's house.The bed sheets were a little bit small,they can be wider and the beds need towel bed cover,in this way sleeping will make you feel more comfortable and hygenic.Anyway we woke up peacefully.The owners were so sympahatetic The breakfast was delicious.We thank.It was a nice accomodation for us.
The hotel is very clean and the staff - very polite. The food was fantastic! The spa pools were with deferent temperatures of the thermal water which suits every taste. Large amount of Spa rooms - herb room, Finland sauna, salt room. ice room, steam room, aroma room, and 2-3 which I don't remember. Suitable for kids - there is a proper pool.
I do recommend that hotel and definitely I will come back again!
Very nice hotel. The buffet breakfast & dinner were excellent which I strongly recommend to include when booking. The spa facilities are amazing. It seems everything is included under one roof : thermal pool, warm pool, steam room, Turkish bath, etc.. that I can spend whole day in there. They also have Spa services for those who love to be pampered although I did not use it.
The Spa was okay. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, pool with salt water and pool with water effects (different types of hydromasages). The room was big, there was a sofa, very comfortable bed with 4 pillows - 2 big and 2 regular size, the most comfortable bed mat. For breakfast there was different pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled eggs, oats, fruits.
The hotel offers unique views of Velingrad. It’s modern and everything has been decorated with style. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant is kind and cares about the needs of their guests. The food is just delicious. The spa centre offers a great variety of pools and saunas - there is something for everyone’s taste. The rooms are spacious and cosy.
I'm returning for the second time, and this says enough about my opinion of the hotel. You get plenty for what you pay, and the SPA facilities are very good. When you combine this with the comfortable stay and the clean air from the mountain, you get everything that you could want from a place like this.
A great luxurious spa hotel near the forest with a staff which is ready to be helpful whenever you need them. The spa center and its team are doing an excellent job. The hotel is a big facility but they managed to create spaces where one can keep a sense of privacy no matter how many visitors there are.
A spacious and clean apartment. Comfy beds and sofa, big kitchen and dinning table, easy parking and access. Close to SPA hotels and the city center. Relatively quiet area and neighbours. Check-in was very easy as well as the communication with the host.
This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. We got a room upgrade compliments of the hotel. It was impeccably clean, the food was delicious and vast, and the views were unbeatable. Definitely the best hotel to stay at in Velingrad.

I was in the hotel 8 years ago. The spa is perfect but it need a little bit of more maintenance. It’s getting old. But the spa centre is perfectly invented . And the personal is very polite.
