We loved so many things about this place:
The hotel is right by the sea, so it was easy to swim every day both in the pool and the sea.
There was plenty of food and variety every day, we were not bored with the options and it was always fresh.
The room was soooo big and the bathroom as well. We had a bathtub and a shower in it. And the bed could fit 4 people easily.
The staff was very nice and helpful, very attentive.
For the money we paid, the value is very high, we were extremely happy.
They gave us a partial seaside view, even though we booked a Garden view and it was amazing.

We went on vacation with our friends, a family with 2 children.
Our review: Sveti Vlas as a seaside resort: we recommend it from all points of view, I think Sveti Vlas is the most charming Bulgarian resort we have been to.
About the accommodation itself:
- The pool was a major problem that ruined our vacation for ourselves and others, especially since there were probably people staying for a few days. Specifically, the pool filter system broke down. This is a big problem when you pay for accommodation with a POOL and you no longer have a pool.
- Imho the accommodation was quite clean and well-kept. The cleaning lady, who was a sweetheart, tried to come every day to clean, but waking up late and having a strange schedule, we almost never let her in :)) In itself, however, this lady was a 10 out of 10, both in vibe and in the work she did.
- The restaurant was decent but nothing more: there are much better options in the area. The prices are high, the portions are small, the service is decent though.

I highly not recommend this location unless you really want to ruin your vacation. I added few photos of the pool in case you want to compare the reality with the photos they posted on their website, booking listing, etc, etc.
Hotel highlights: Great view
Rooms: Clean services are very poor, the floor didn't got whipped once in 15 nights, we got new bedsheets only once and after we asked for. The furniture looks and feels like 20 years old. Showers don't have a curtain and water is splashed all over your bathroom. Wi-fi is a complete disaster, it only worked 2 or 3 days out of 15.
Nearby activities: The beach is very close and I think it's the only positive thing together with the free parking.
Food & drinks: Food is expensive compared to other restaurants, portions are smaller and you need wait a lot to get your order served.
The Sineva Park Hotel offers you en-suite rooms with balconies and cable TVs, most of them offering views of the sea or the pool in the courtyard.

I highly recommend the Family Hotel Venera. The rooms were very clean, the swimming pool was large and the food was delicious. You can feel the soul of the hotel owners, who are very nice and helpful. The hotel is located a few moments from the sea - for me the best option in Sveti Vlas! :)

Amazing place - cozy, big rooms equipped with all stuff we needed. We even had two bathrooms! It was two air conditioners as well, but room was cool enough even during hot days. Big balcony with table and chairs was nice for evenings. Pool is big and clean, we were able to find place to sit either on sunny side, or in shadows. Hotel is located in quite place, but bus stop was on next street and main square was close enough. Hotel is located a bit on a hill, as whole Sveti Vlas, but route to beach is not that steep if you use Car Simeon street.
And i also should mention stuff - very friendly and helpful!!!

Could have been worse. It is a well developed place with many stores but not really good for a beach holiday - the beaches are tiny and there's nowhere to park if you are a visitor. Lots of new developments and multistorey apartment buildings very close to each other, which gives the place a big city vibe. The place has no unique character and has lost its connection to nature.

Regarding the resort: Probably the most beautiful resort we have seen in Bulgaria. It's clean, the people are friendly, civilized, with plenty of restaurants, clubs, and at least decent shops. We recommend it from every point of view; we believe that Sveti Vlas is the loveliest Bulgarian resort we've been to.

Sveti Vlas used to be small, quaint village 3 decades ago. Now, it looks like the suburbs of a metropolitan area, build without any planning vision. There are too many building next to each other making you suffocate. Sveti Vlas is lacking the structure of a sea city with a nice walking area for the visitors. In addition, there are no regulation for parking and lack of good parking spaces. Cars are all over the places and create an ugly picture. Some buildings offer parking space yet at arrival the visitor is informed there isn't parking. Then, the adventure starts to find a place or or return back and leave or find another property. I would NOT recommend the place to anyone!

Sveti Vlas is not at all a destination for those looking for dating,clubing and so on but is just the perfect location for those willing to have a very relaxing and confortable family summer holiday.
In general, the location is good and they have enough facilities (shops, massage, restaurant, activities for children, multiple pools) on their territory. The windsurfing and sup boards are offered directly at the beach near hotel. The place is quite and looks good. The furniture and how room is built is the cheapest possible, but still functional.
The administration is always ready to help. E.g., air conditioning was cleaned within a couple of hours after my request.
The staff is kind and helpful, they lead you to the room (the reception is far away in another hotel). The apartment is big, with fully equipped kitchen. In front of the building there was a pool which was usually visited by just a few children. Also for our car there were usually empty spaces on the street (although we visited in high season). Price was good for top season .
The location of the hotel was excellent. It was very close the beaches, the marina was also not far away. The sea view from the balcony was also excellent. We had two bathrooms in our hotel room, which exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also excellent.
If we come back to Sveti Vlas, we will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Breakfast with enough choice, and the food on restaurant very good and not expensive at all like at other restaurants. A 10 min walk to the beach and close to a very big supermarket. Super nice appartment with a fantastic view to the sea and close to tne best beach in Sveti Vlas. We had our own parking space with a lock which is great.because the area is crowded and finding a place to park can be diffucult.

Breakfast - different every day for the whole week we have stayed, with various foodstuffs, even soups - which is quite unusual for such rather small hotel; view of the sea, Sunny Beach and Neseber; overall - a great value, we extended our stay for another 2 nights
Great complex, nice apartment (not luxury, but still good), good food for an all inclusive Bulgarian resort, nice pools and very good landscape / gardening. Also, small but wonderful beach, clean sea water with soft entrance, perfect for kids. We will come back !
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very considerate and welcoming. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend the place for anyone visiting Sveti Vlas. The view from the balcony was incredible too.

Fantastic meals, very comfortable room, great activities for kids and a very nice selection of drinks. Beach in front of hotel is small but nice, good spa treatments as well (hammam baths are something to try).
