Hotel is located very close to a large park in Sandanski. The park itself is green and gorgeous with a river next to it, kids facilities, etc. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. There was an (free) electric cars charger which is also great. The room was spacious, clean, and seemingly recently furnished/renovated. Breakfast was not rich but ok and tasty. The food they sell in the restaurant (note this is not a full blown restaurant but more like a place where you can order stuff to eat) is mostly what kids like (a couple of salads, sandwiches, pasta and some sweets) so it is great. There are several seemingly nice restaurants you can reach on foot in 5-15mins but we didn't go that far as we stayed for just 1 night.

Great city with an amazing park, playgrounds and fun stuff to do for kids. Pedestrian only high street with many boutique shops and restaurants. Excellent base to explore nearby Melnik, Rupite and Rozhen Monastery as well as the rest of the landmarks in the area.

The city park is really great!
The city park is really great! It is big enough for long walks. It's great maintained and is really beautiful. The kids were excited about the ducks, geese and swans there too. There is a restaurant on the lake inside the park which was great - quick service, delicious food and a great location.

The town is beautiful and the centrtal part is very well maintained. I particularly liked the park with the lake. There were beautiful trees in the park not so usual for the country and in the lake there were white and black swans. The restaurtants I visited were not too expensive and the food was good.

It might help to have a spacious parking near the center not to roam streets for a free parking space.

Sandanski is the place where we are doing a night over to...
Sandanski is the place where we are doing a night over to split the long drive to Greece, however in 2022 we have also uncovered Happy Bar Grill that we really like, and due to this restaurant decided to always stop to Sandanski.
But while stoping to Sandanski we have seen the beauty of this place and for next year we plan to stay several days instead of just one night. We love the Park, the apartment that we rented and the Animal shelter.
The hotel is really nice, modern and clean. Room was large and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel itself is situated in a really nice and quiet location overlooking Sandanski. The pool area was also good, clean facilities and nice spa. The best of all was the food - super delicious Bulgarian cuisine - homemade and honestly probably the best breakfasts and dinners I’ve ever had in a hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone and would love to visit again.
Really really good hotel (I think it’s more of a hotel than motel)… Huuuge rooms, huge beds. WiFi is good. There was parking for the cars, 24/7 reception. Wonderful TVs in the rooms. Very kind staff.
The restaurant is wonderful, great service and great food. Also the garden is pretty nice. Besides everything above, they allowed us late checkout because the room was not reserved after us.
I would recommended this motel for sure if you visit Sandanski.
Very satisfied. Comfort and spacious room on first floor. Very clean and tidy. Bath with curtains (curtains are very rare to find in bulgaria). Very good location, exactly on the center square of the city where the pedestrian begins. Super market Billa and KIK multi-shop is a few meters away. Police station is nearby too. I surely recommend. Girls at reception are very kind and more of them speak english or greek.
We could not visit the hotel because they cancelled our reservation by a phone call two hours before check in, when we were already traveling. The reservation was made and confirmed by the property two weeks ago.
We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. On the top of everything they wrote to booking that we did not show up! We don’t like anything about this hotel!
I liked the room- quite spacious, beds- very comfy, large bathroom, a very nice restaurant with excellent food selection, the lobby interior is very relaxing, as well as the in yard of the hotel with the outdoor pools and lounge chairs .
There is an excellent walk from the hotel to the city centre which passes through the city park, which is quite admirable .
Nice hotel in Sandanski downtown - just a minute walk to the Main Street with its shops, cafes and restaurants.
The rooms were big with balconies, the beds quite comfortable. Some of the rooms overlooked the park.

third time in this hotel, and I will be coming back. the swimming pools with thermal water, the spa, guest rooms- everything is excellent value for money. I feel very comfortable in this hotel and especially in the coldest winter because it’s very warm everywhere in the hotel.
We visited in December. It's a nice hotel. The pools are with mineral water and quite nice. Some were open also outside, with only one (jacuzzi) hot enough for winter. Spa area was also nice with 2 saunas, steam bath, Turkish bath and salt room. Room was nice and clean.
