This is our second stay in the hotel (we visit it last year) and we really like the location and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, when you don't have time to go to the beach with kids. This time the pool was not freezing cold and the kids also manage to use it. There were couple of friendly girls in the restaurant/bar. The room was west oriented and the temperature with AC was really pleasant.

Short stroll to the beach, once we found the quickest route.
Great beaches, flat and dunes, beach bars and toilets on the beach.
The night markets stretched the whole length of the town.
Very friendly place.
Good access to neighbouring resorts.
The only negative was it is very hilly, our elderly guest did not leave the hotel grounds, except by car.

We based our choice of place and hotel on reviews and photos. Kiten was dirty and unkempt, unloved and uncared for, not suitable for disabled. The hotel bore no resemblance to the photos and was decidedly overpriced, dirty and old. The only saving grace was the beach but that was crowded! Some nice inexpensive restaurants. Not much to do or see. There was a live music venue opposite the hotel.

it was out of season ,but we did find two places to eat and drink,one being a big open restaraunt which had canoes on the ceiling which had amazing service and the best pizza ive eaten in years and another beach res. which was on kiten beach next to tequila bar,which was also a hotel, disgusting food and really ignorant bad service, cant say much more, on kiten as it was out of season,but we managed to find everything we needed in the shops that where open ,very clean and tidy town

I never knew there was so much culture there to be found.
I never knew there was so much culture there to be found. I went there around the same time as a folklore festival which was quite captivating, I think foreigners would have enjoyed that even more. Both beaches were beautiful with clean water and big enough free zones (at least in june). I had some lovely walks as well, it's very family friendly and many of the restaurants had live folklore music.
I think we had the best room: we had a view to the sunset from our big balcony :)
Big, clean room. The dining area is in front of the pool, wich is very nice. Breakfast and dinner was ok. Fruit both in the morning and in the evening.
We had our personal parking place reserved by the hotel. It is hard to find a parking place in the area, so they provided one fot 5 BGN / day. This makes you feel relaxed about the car at any time you decide to leave and return.

The place is really nice, clean and tidy. We had everything we need during our stay. Personal is polite, even thou the reception was mostly empty. The pool was warm and clean. You can reach the beach in 10 min walk. We were able to park the car without issues. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit it again.
I liked to stay with my family because location on hotel was on very strategies place.Close to Atliman beach and city centre only few minutes walking around from hotel.Sow many attractions for kids and cheap restaurants around.Also very friendly and helpful staff.Recomended for families.Thank you all again
Great location - almost on the beach and at the same time - parking place nearby, good bars, restaurants and grocery shop in the area. Well equipped and spacious veranda. Peaceful, quiet and pets friendly area. Very nice beaches and nature.
It was the best location for us, not far from the bus stop, 10 minutes to the beach, good cafes and greengrocer's nearby. Plenty of outlets in the room, even on the balcony where we could have coffee. Friendly and helpful hostess.
