The hotel is superb. It's located near the south beach, there are no noisy restaurants around. Daily cleaning of the room with regular change of towels and sheets. The view is amazing, food is delicious and more than enough. There is parking spot, but there is no elevator (not a problem for us) 🙂. Staff is very friendly and smiling.

We based our choice of place and hotel on reviews and photos. Kiten was dirty and unkempt, unloved and uncared for, not suitable for disabled. The hotel bore no resemblance to the photos and was decidedly overpriced, dirty and old. The only saving grace was the beach but that was crowded! Some nice inexpensive restaurants. Not much to do or see. There was a live music venue opposite the hotel.

it was out of season ,but we did find two places to eat and drink,one being a big open restaraunt which had canoes on the ceiling which had amazing service and the best pizza ive eaten in years and another beach res. which was on kiten beach next to tequila bar,which was also a hotel, disgusting food and really ignorant bad service, cant say much more, on kiten as it was out of season,but we managed to find everything we needed in the shops that where open ,very clean and tidy town

I never knew there was so much culture there to be found.
I never knew there was so much culture there to be found. I went there around the same time as a folklore festival which was quite captivating, I think foreigners would have enjoyed that even more. Both beaches were beautiful with clean water and big enough free zones (at least in june). I had some lovely walks as well, it's very family friendly and many of the restaurants had live folklore music.

You can choose either to eat at the air conditioned hall, open balcony in the shade or by the pool where you can see the beach and sunset.
Easy access to the main pedestrian street with all the restaurants, games and attractions.
Our rooms were big and with a nice size balcony.
This was the first hotel I have ever been to that actually had big mugs for tea - not the small coffee cups that you have to fill after 3 sips.
Very clean property with everything you need for a vacation with kids; the large balcony with sea view and sun loungers was a nice surprise. The location is great, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and you are just off the main street where all the shops and restaurants are. The owner was very friendly and accommodating; we had to leave very early morning (4am) and she was there to say goodbye. Would very much recommend this place to anyone who's going to Kiten.

Great location in the middle of everything. Parking out the front. Very close to south beach. Well equipped kitchen but we couldnt work the convection hobs at first. The hotel is located in the middle of the town. Pretty easy to find. There was a parking space. The restaurant served adequate food. Nothing fancy, but not trash either. The restaurant had some DJ's during the evening, but the room I was in, had such an excellent soundproofing, I learned a DJ is there, when I went outside.
The location is great, the hotel is close to the central streets, however there is no noisy crowds and loud music. The South beach is only 5-6 minutes walk. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was delicious and varied.

The hotel is located on a bluff above the Black Sea. We had a beautiful view of the sea and saw an amazing sunrise! It is close to the beach, just a 10 minute walk. the room was very clean and was cleaned daily.
