Outside pool and mineral pool we're great ,a bit on the busy side but that's life nowadays. Good room ,shower was a bit too "wet room" tv OK no coffee and kettle which was down on reception at £2.50 levs which u would expect for free for guests.beds not made up for the night maybe cos we were only a 2 night stay. On the downside when we were waiting for coffee the receptionist was on a private call and we had to interrupt her conversation even though she carried on.breakfast was OK too Foodcwas excellent!

Clean, smooth, quiet, large rooms, best facilities in the kitchen area. Two bathrooms/toilets, plenty towels, consumables. We were on a motorcycle trip to Greece, in transit through Kazanlak and didn't expect much but a clean place to spend the night. Instead, we were so pleased of everything, exceeding the expectations. This apartment was the best place we have rested in our trip through Bulgária. It is very well equiped and very cleaned. Great AC, TVs and the internet speed. Even a Delonghi with coffe beans on it, for the morning breakfeast! Shower tower, 5 stars!
