I LOVE the fact that even if we had 1 double bed, we had 2 blankets, 1 for each of us, so we didn't have to fight over stealing the blanket off eachother. The food was good, the room was cleaned every day, the mattress was very comfortable and the pools were perfect for cooling off.
Also a special shoutout for ALEKS from the pool bar for making our stay better and more entertaining!

We enjoyed a lot. 1. The manager is so so respectful. He is very nice, he explains everything, he helps you with all you need. The food is very good, its changing every day. You have plenty of varieties, salads, meat, everything. Regarding the room - the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room is good, nice, our room was 305, we had lovely view, the sun in the morning. Amazing view, the pool has warm water. We felt very good. The lady with cleaning is very nice, she is cleaning every single day the room, and changing the sheets, towels, bin, etc. Loved this. Food is good once again. Totally recommend this hotel. Also, cleaning at outside (pool, toilets etc), its ok, was always cleaned. Keep in mind that the ones who make dirty are the guests, toilet paper down on the floor, dirty down, people make dirty and the stuff should stay every minut after them to clean. We need to keep clean after us, like at home. Also, there is free parking, no need to pay. Oh, I forgot, there is also billiard/pool, tenis and other games for free.

We were glad our hotel was at the end of the boulevard from Golden Sands, so it was nice and calm, no noise from partying people and loud bars or cafe's Glad I didn't book a hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle because that would have cost us a lot of sleep.... We didn't go out for a drink of dinner because our hotel provided us with this. We just walked and looked around what was for sale in the many stalls with clothes and bags and touristic stuff you can buy abroad.

Pretty standard East European seaside resort. Beach filled with cigarette butts, with dirty umbrellas and beach furniture. A lot of shops eith overpriced items, and restauranta with mostly overpriced foods. Some kids attractions that might be interesting for them for a few days.

If you expect a quality experience, either look for a 5 stars hotel or go further south. Golden Sands is overcrowded. It fits low-budget travelers and people who don't care about quality services. There is only a handful of high-end hotels and these are very expensive.
This is the 2nd time when I come to this hotel and always discover something impressive. Price-quality IN WINTER TIME? Correct. Top 3 seaside hotels in Bulgaria. At each of the meals you have food practically for breakfast, lunch and dinner (diversified). The whole hotel is very warm, the pool heated just right, the water in the pool warm. All staff English speaking, very responsive. Parking spaces at discretion, without payment. I wish to come back. ПОЗДРАВЛЕНИЯ ЗА РЪКОВОДСТВОТО НА ХОТЕЛА.

Even almond milk for the coffee. Nice a la carte experience included with our stay. We really liked to stay here. We had the partial sea view apartments. Nice cleaning ladies, they made for us figurines out of towels :).
The hotel and all the facilities are excellent. The property has a spa center, the animation for kids is really good! For an all inclusive hotel the food was varied and excellent. All the staff was very welcoming and very polite. The check-in and check-out was fast. All the swimming pools were clean and perfect for children. I will certainly visit again Sunrise hotel! Beautiful holiday homes at one of the loveliest beaches in Bulgaria. Exceptionally clean, very stylish apartment that had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. The management was very friendly, the cleaning staff very discreet and professional and the restaurant food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely return again and again.
The hotel is renovated, very clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The location of the hotel is 10 from 10 points. The hotel is right in front of the beach line, it just can't be closer to the beach. At the same time is close enough to the main street of Golden Sands. There is a vast variety of tasty food all day long.
Very friendly staff, excellent and diverse food, for the first time in Bulgaria the soups tasted very good. Lobby bar with everything, excellent coffee juicer at the lobby bar on the terrace clean pool and water at almost 30 degrees. Parking at the hotel within the limits of places. The beach is great. The infinity pool is amazing. The entertainment program was also on good level including the one for kids.The food is good, especially in their a la carte restaurants. Overall that is one of the best all inclusive hotels on the bulgarian coast.

There was a variety of foods at dinner, they had Bulgarian/Balkanic/Asian/Gala/Sea fruits types of dinner.
They also have plenty of cocktails to choose from.
They refill the fridge anytime is empty.
The hotel is beatiful and clean. The staff was hospitable. The food was good. One recommandation: you should close the bar at 23:00 or 00:00, not at 22:00, because the atmoshpere is very nice
