The hotel is in a good location and is decent value for money however it is very loud, you can hear your neighbors as rooms have little insulation and the restaurant attached to the building plays very loud music until midnight and even on higher floors cannot get any rest from loud music.

There is a great amount of various restaurants and cafeterias with tasty and delicious food and wonderful service. I find it rather easy to get around Burgas: the buses are comfortable and supplied by air conditioners.
My favourite spots in Burgas were the old city with its old-fashioned houses and the Sea Park with its huge territory and all kinds of shows and performances.

We've always only passed through Burgas to other places on the Black Sea before so it was good to spend a few days there exploring the city itself. There's a very relaxed atmosphere about the place, some great places to eat or just sit and watch the world go by. The Sea Gardens are a definite must for a relaxing time and the beaches seem fine but we were there a bit late in the season and just after a big storm so not really beach weather.

Burgas is a nice city though possibilities are limited for sightseeing within the city. The beach of the city and the nearby settlements (like Sarafovo) is nice possibility for chillin'. The Roman era ruins around the area are great for people who value cultural activities.

Huge beach with lots of activities and food option , very nice park along the beach. Easy access locations available. Nice central area all kinds of interesting shops. Be sure to visit Nessebar/Sunny beach areas as well if in Burgas.
We live locally ( but live abroad ) in Bulgaria 12 weeks a year...we always treat ourselves to at least 1night in the Boutuque Hotel every visit... it is excellent, I would compare to Top hotels in Dubai ( honestly) from parking outside, to reception, rooms top quality, complimentary everything in mini fridge, restaurant top notch, incl breakfast, location just off the beach surrounded by restaurants and the park. You get what you pay for defo not the cheapest but highly recommend.

This is one of the finest European hotels I have ever experienced. It must be a former mansion repurposed as a guest hotel. The furnishings were excellent, and everything worked. The view from the room was spectacular, with a beautiful urban park just across a narrow street, and a very nice beach on the other side of that. The hotel supplied beach towels. Breakfast was good, but not extensive.
Our stay was perfect. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The closest beach is 7 mins from the apartment, the bus stop to Burgas city center is 5 mins, and the airport is 20 mins by feet. The apartment is well equipped (fridge, oven, sofa, wardrobe etc.) and clean. Olga is extremely helpful, she was always there if we needed something.
I have to start with the owner of the apartment as it was the best experience I've ever had. I was constantly asking questions about Bulgaria and Burgas and Maria was very helpful and patient with me.
Apartment felt like being at home, it was very clean, well-prepared for guests, comfortable and pleasant.
One of the best hotels I have ever been, not only in Bulgaria but anywhere worldwide. Everything is very modern, high tech, very clean. Staff was friendly, good parking, excellent location. I'd recommend it from both business and pleasure visits. Top notch quality, worth every lev/euro spent.

The hotel is modest but in the best way possible and you get a lot for what you pay. Bathroom was super clean, the view was more than amazing. Location is great, 20 min walk from the city center and shops, restaurants and beach are 5 min away.
