Received confirmation of booking and went to check-in (during check-in hours) but all doors were locked and I couldn’t gain access to the hotel. There was no answer to my phone call and no response to my message sent on the Booking.com app. Had to then find alternate accommodation at the last minute in a smallish town where there weren’t many other options. Don’t risk booking unless you have a back-up plan.

Location was good for where we wanted to be. Close to a shop and to town. Beds were very comfortable. It was also ground floor which was great as there was was outside terrace.

Exceptional accomodation - the best place for the region and for visiting Belogradchik rocks, Ledenika cave and many other landmarks in North-western Bulgaria. The hotel is very stylish, furnished with great attention to the detail and in our room we had everything to be able to feel at home. The house is exquisite, everything is well thought of. Great small touches I have not seen in 5-star hotels even. Service exceptional. The most tasty breakfast I have had in a hotel. We had an amazing stay and would definitely love to come back with friends. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality! :)
Unfortunately, due to my personal reasons we could not visit the hotel. We had a chat with the owners and they did not charge us for the booking. Nice, polite people, they understood our change of plan. We hope we will visit the hotel in a near future.
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The owner is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very clean and arranged with taste. The whole establishment smells nice. The amazing breakfast is just the cherry on top.
