We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Super clean, quiet and comfortable with amazing view from the balcony of our room. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She surprised us with delicious homemade goodies, and brought out various outdoor and indoor games, ensuring our kids had a fantastic time throughout our stay. Perfect base for Seven Rila lakes hike. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

When I arrived at the hotel it was all closed up and I had to go around the back of the building to be let in. They did not seem to be expecting me. The elderly man in the property did not speak any English. The restaurant was closed and so no food was available, not even breakfast the next morning. When I asked where I could eat, I was told “Centre” with a wave of the hand. There was WiFi signal but no internet connection. When I later asked a young woman about this, she said “There is a problem in the village” and yet I could get internet access without any problem at another hotel 500 m away. A most disappointing experience. Not as described by Booking.com! It’s a “family hotel” but a colder, more unfriendly place you could not imagine.
The hotel is overall really nice. Our room was enormously big and had a huge terrace. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. The staff was super friendly (especially one of the waitresses at the restaurant who is serving with a mask and also the older massage lady). The breakfast was delicious offering a great variety of food, but the prices at the restaurant are high if you have not included dinner in your stay. The spa is very good and there is an outside mineral pool, but only the one for kids was working.

Amazing nature! The mountains and the opportunity to go to Tsari Mali Grad, Rila, the lakes while you are on your spa trip is amazing! You can entertain children and the same time enjoy some spa time!

Great accommodation and SPA. Spacious, well furnished room, very comfortable bed. Great mountain view. Warm in the room. No smells, or noises. Room was cleaned every day. Very good quinine at the restaurant.
The hotel is very new and great. Simply oriented corridors and locations for the restaurant, rooms, spa area. Rooms are very large. All modern indoors and very friendly and polite staff. Good quality is a lot above average for what I’ve seen. Can’t really point to a negative here. We spent three nights but could have easily done a week as the location offers a few outdoor activities too. Spa is very new and lovely. We also had massages done and the staff of the spa was amazing, very professional and ok prices.
The hotel is very nice - both pools inside and outside are great 👌 , the water temperature is about 29C, which doesn't make them too hot. The garden is well maintained and the entire area. We had included breakfast, it was completely fine. We had lunch at the beach bar, which is very comfortable during your pool stay during the day, we ate pizza there. We had also dinner at the restaurant every night. After that, you can take a cocktail from the lobby bar, they are excellent, I tried Mojito and Maitai.
Great SPA, especially the roman bath. Facilities are well maintained, pool including.
Reception was very helpful in solving an issue, because we wanted an apartment with a double jacuzzi, and it turned out there are few of the sort, but with smaller jacuzzis. The Hotel Manager succeeded to find the room from the pictures, and change our accommodation, so its fine.
This is my second stay at this hotel. I like that they pay extra attention to children. The hotel offers a bathrobe, a pillow, and a blanket according to the child's age. There's a children's menu at the restaurant as well. I also like the spa center - it is extremely clean and you can really relax there. The pools are big and the rooms are spacious.
My family and I liked everything about our stay in SPA Complex Belchin Spring starting with the comfy and clean room, great SPA center, delicious menu in the restaurant, nice kids center with a woman taking care for the kids in it and ending with the variety of tasty food for breakfast! The staff is also very friendly.
Surrounded in nature, serene atmosphere, top notch facility, warm pools (31-32 degrees!). The studio rooms in the echo village (villas) are spacious and homy. And for a big family, 2 villas can be connected. One of the best hotels I’ve been in
I liked the proximity to Sofia, extremely large rooms, the food at the restaurant, as well as the fact that it wasn’t fully packed with guests, which is quite common for the spa hotels during weekends and school vacation periods
It is an amazing spa hotel, with excellent facilities, swimming pool, and thermal spa. Very nice restaurant, very good staff for massage, warm, safe, good internet, free parking on premises. Just Excellent !!!
Belchin Springs is less than one hour from Sofia and offers beautiful views, relaxing hot tubs and pools, spa, delicious food, and large comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I like the whole stay, esspecialy the breakfast. The SPA is big enough and I would visit the Hotel again. I think that the price is reasonable for this type of service!
The atmosphere and the SPA of the hotel, are the things that make me return to this place. Very good place to release the stress and recharge the batteries.
Breafast was decent, restaurant in the hotel where we ate dinner was very nice. We booked a villa and it had enough space for 2. The place is kind of new.
