The manager was very polite and I was able to check in quickly. He also gave me information about nearby shops, so I was able to spend my time wisely. I was able to enjoy my first forest walk in Bulgaria. Dinner was also delicious.

This a fantastic hotel, set in stunning grounds with the river flowing behind the facility, nothing was too much trouble, our rooms were comfy and lovely and the breakfasts and dinners we had there were really good. We will definitely be staying again, and also taking more friends to this establishment, we really liked it.

I think we receive more than we expected like a conditions ,stuff wasn't in a good mood but that didn't reflect on our holiday at all .Food was amazing ,pools are fantastic ,unfortunately we have a problem with the weather ......our cars were damage completely but we will come again in this place ,hope the stuff will be more positive and happy .....
