Location is absolutely perfect. 5 min by walk to the lake, 1 min to the center. You will love it!
Staff is really nice and caring. I asked them to change room for not being on the street side, and they proposed me straight away 2 other options for the same price.
The room was perfectly clean, modern, fully equipped (kettle, tea, mini fridge, locker, hair dryer, iron, air condition,tv, wifi, etc).
Mattress / king size bed, bed sheets extremely comfy.
You will for sure enjoy your sleep and really live the full experience of a nice hotel!!

The breakfast was a disaster! Barely any food tand judging by various platters on offer the food was stale and unappetising. That was really the only let down.

You can find many different restaurants in the center, the one I like most is hukic pekara (founded in 1890) who bakes the delicious bread from "charcoal" oven;
No direct bus from the airport to the city;
No clear bike or walking way on the main roads;
Buy a 15GB/5Days simcard for mobile internet with 4 KAMs in the airport once arrival.

i hope it is only temporary but the city smelled of creosote, like a train station. dirty, abandoned buildings. seemed almost empty. has a long road to recover. i will never go back to Tuzla...then there is the 6am wake up screaming of some religious temple...blah blah blah blaring from speakers at 06:00. i do not need to be awakened by some superstition

Tuzla in Autumn is just amazing that I didn't expect,the colors attractive me so much,I couldn't stop to take photos. And the weather is perfect,during I stayed even it was just short time but I do really recommend you could visit there if any chance. It's a calm city not for tourist but that's just good to visit to see the real city it should be.
Hospitality level was just amazing, from personally helping out with the parking to offering great tips about Tuzla. We had to leave before breakfast time but were still offered coffee and sandwiches for the road, a big plus.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in a solid room with super comfortable beds. And yes, it's 30m away from the pedestrian zone, so Tuzla's highlights are literally just a few steps away.
This beautiful place located exactly at downtown of Tuzla, walking distance to many restaurants. I like so many nice details taken in account: first aid kit, towels and fully equipped kitchen. I appreciate the parking available for me. The square view is very festive and creates good vibes. Arza is a wonderful host, attentive to so many details and always available if you need her.
The room was super clean and renovated. Our room was quite small, but we expected that due to the description at booking.
There are several types of breakfast, but we were ok with that as we were in Tuzla just for a weekend, all dishes were very tasty. There is also a coffee machine in the common area.

Excellent apartment, very clean, nicely decorated, cozy and warm, the heating is very good (since we were there in November). The city center is on walking distance, shops and markets are near by also. My recommendation to everyone who wish to visit Tuzla - stay at Ajla apartments 😊
We had a great one night stay in the very center of Tuzla. You can leave the car in the spot indicated by the host and just go on foot in the center. The host was easy to communicate with, he was very helpful. The place was clean and roomy.

Heating sistem is amazing, so unusual for Bosnian accommodation during winter, outside temperature was - 5 °C and we were indoors in our summer clothes.
