Location is absolutely perfect. 5 min by walk to the lake, 1 min to the center. You will love it!
Staff is really nice and caring. I asked them to change room for not being on the street side, and they proposed me straight away 2 other options for the same price.
The room was perfectly clean, modern, fully equipped (kettle, tea, mini fridge, locker, hair dryer, iron, air condition,tv, wifi, etc).
Mattress / king size bed, bed sheets extremely comfy.
You will for sure enjoy your sleep and really live the full experience of a nice hotel!!

The breakfast was a disaster! Barely any food tand judging by various platters on offer the food was stale and unappetising. That was really the only let down.

You can find many different restaurants in the center, the one I like most is hukic pekara (founded in 1890) who bakes the delicious bread from "charcoal" oven;
No direct bus from the airport to the city;
No clear bike or walking way on the main roads;
Buy a 15GB/5Days simcard for mobile internet with 4 KAMs in the airport once arrival.

i hope it is only temporary but the city smelled of creosote, like a train station. dirty, abandoned buildings. seemed almost empty. has a long road to recover. i will never go back to Tuzla...then there is the 6am wake up screaming of some religious temple...blah blah blah blaring from speakers at 06:00. i do not need to be awakened by some superstition

Tuzla in Autumn is just amazing that I didn't expect,the colors attractive me so much,I couldn't stop to take photos. And the weather is perfect,during I stayed even it was just short time but I do really recommend you could visit there if any chance. It's a calm city not for tourist but that's just good to visit to see the real city it should be.
Hosts are superfriendly, the breakfast is very good and the hotel is located in the center of the old town, so everything is in walking distance. The rooms are small, but spotless clean, with Airconditioning. There is a small patio in front of the hotel where you can sit outside. Very recommended!
Communication is very good and we would definitively stay here again, if we come back to Tuzla.
We arrived one day late due to flight problems and they did not charge the first night although it was booked. Very generous!
We absolutely loved this little family hotel in the heart of beautiful Tuzla. The room was amazing, clean and had all the essentials and more. The bed was so comfortable that we wanted to take it with us :-). The owners were welcoming, friendly and they went out of their way to make us feel at home. We loved the breakfast as it had so many choices and it was fresh. We will definitely be back!
Amazing apartment, right across the street from a beautiful shopping mall. Very short drive to the town center and Pannonian Lakes. The host is amazing! She waited for us for an hour due to our traffic issues. She was very accommodating, explained everything about the apartment to us. Thia was a very nice experience! 😊 We know where to go next time we come to Tuzla.
All was well! Clean, location is very good, paid parking is right in front of the accommodation and the host was great!
You can even wash and dry your clothes. The bathroom is very nice.
The price is not the cheapest but not the most expensive for Tuzla. You get a great location for the price and I think it's very much worth it
I had a wonderful stay here. It was comfortable, excellent value and well-located in the centre of town. I’d also highlight the breakfast and staff as being particularly good. All of the staffs’ English and friendliness was the best I experienced in Bosnia. They were so helpful. Thank you!

Walking distance from the city center of Tuzla, 5 minutes! Private property in a quiet and safe neighborhood with very nice hosts. Parking within the grounds, behind a gate that can be locked.
Great location, 10 min walk from the city center. The apartment is spacious and the furniture is new and stylish. If I stayed in Tuzla again I'd probably book this place.
The place was perfect for our family of three! We loved the decor and the location is right next to the center. We will keep this place in mind for our future Tuzla trip.
I like the location the most. Its only 5 meters to the centre of Tuzla, 10 meters away is very beautifull little dzamia that looks like a small house with wooden bell.
