Trebinje is a sweet little town on a beautiful river...
Trebinje is a sweet little town on a beautiful river surrounded by mountains. There is so much local food here and everyone is very kind. The daily market in the plaza is a must and make sure to visit the cheese shop as well. Take a walk up the hills to visit the churches or rent a kayak for a leisurely paddle on the river. We loved Trebinje!

Plenty of activities for kids including an Aqua Terrariums park “Grad Sonca “ which is also a great value for money, services food and refreshments and it is much better than other similar places twice as expensive and much further from Dubrovnik 😁🙂

Trebinje is a gem.
Trebinje is a gem. It boasts the old town with restaurants, a magnificent position with the clean river flowing through it, and pleasant people. We did not have the time to explore the area around Trebinje, but on our way out we saw that there is plenty to visit and enjoy.

Trebinje and its surrounding offer many interesting sites for culture vultures.
Hercegovacka Gracanica is not only a beautiful, famous church, but also a place where remains of Jovan Ducic were buried. Since the building is on the top of the mountain, you have a breathtaking view of Trebinje from there.
Monastery Tvrdos has an interesting interior, because one part of its floor is made of glass, so one can see the old base of the monastery, which is so unbelievable. The monastery produces its own wine - we tried it and it's excellent!
Museum of Herzegovina is a spectacular three-story building in the old town and its exhibits range from 1st century AD to present days.
Everything is near. If you like hiking, you can walk. If you are not a walker, take a taxi - for average of 3 euros you can get everywhere.

Trebinje is a very picturesque city.
Trebinje is a very picturesque city. The old city, the old mosque, the beautiful river, the bridges, restaurants and a fantastic museum. The general atmosphere is realxed and the people is very welcoming. It is a very nice change from the general mediocrity of the tourist spots. Food is fantastic and prices very reasonable. The place is authentic and the locals are nice for real. Check the market. The valley where Trebinje is located is like out of a movie, surrounded by tall mountains with a river going across the middel of the valley. The surroundings are full of places for sightseeing like old stone villages, monateries, etc and it is only 1/2 hour away from Dubrovnik and aproximately 45 minutes to Herceg Novi in Montenegro. Leaving the EU, its crazy prices and stupid regulations and entering Hercegovina feels like travelling back to the happy 80s and 90s. Great deal.
Just about everything you are very close to the centre of the city and the old city. The guest went completely out of their way to show us around and to explain everything we should see in Trebinje. The facility is extremely clean and comfortable. You have a parking spot right in front of the living room window and you can comfortably fit five people. It was exceptionally clean and it had just about everything you need to feel comfortable and right at home. We also felt very safe. 
Everything was perfect. Very clean,new apartment, hosts have been great waited for us outside the building, gave as a call and instructions to apartment,offered to stay even longer then the check out time if we wanted. Super comfortable bed and anything needed was there. Short walk to center of the town. Free parking spot provided even without advanced request. Will come back again to this one whenever we are in Trebinje for sure 🙂
Great location in the center of the town.
Lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Even though we have checked in late she found us parking and gave us recommendations where to go and what to see. Spacious room was big enough for me and kids. Hotel terrace is great place to enjoy your coffee in the shadow of platan trees, surrounded with locals and feeling like one of them. Next time we'll stay here again.
Big cosy modern rooms including fully furnitured kitchen. Speaking about location I have to say that's great place, calm without any noises, you can chill and relax for sure. Another advantage is a big parking space. I have to mention that internet was pretty good. You need something about 12-13 minutes to the city center of Trebinje. Moreover close to Dubrovnik and airport in Croatia.
Vlasnik i njegova porodica- izvanredni ljudi, od pomoci, veoma dragi i puni zelje da pomognu. Sam namestaj bi mogao biti malo noviji i moderniji, ali obzirom na prihvatljivu cenu, odlicno je.

Internet korektan, TV ima dovoljno kanala.

The property and its location are excellent! Close to the city square and all interesting sites. Everything is in walking distance. Leave your car in the closed garage at the property and walk around the beautiful city of Trebinje. The property has all the necessities and more. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony.
Myrating for this apartment is 100/10! Everything was so clean and tidy, you have your own parking, a huge market just 1 minute walk away and the center of Trebinje less than 10 minutes walk away. Excellent location! I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who comes, and we hope to be guests of this apartment again!
Excellent location- 10mins walk to Old Town. 3mins to Supermarket and shops. Apartment No. 8- Spacious terrace with chairs and table- city and mountain views. Great restaurants, bar, coffee shops, and history- lots to see in Trebinje! We'll be back next year! Secure parking in front of the apartment!
The Hotel is great, in the middle of Old Town, close to everything. The staff was kind, rooms nice and clean, service excellent, food was delicious. Definitely a place to stay while in Trebinje. 10 out of 10.
Milenko is a great host, we had a very late check in but he helped us all way to Trebinje. Apartment is a brand new and fully equipped. Cleanliness is 10. All recommendations, it is above our expectations.
