Location ! Incredible, we could walk to all of the restaurants and bars (recommend the pirate place & Charlie’s Beach for brekkie). Mission Beach is a super cool town. There was a farmers market across the street from the hotel on Sunday morning.

Beautiful surroundings and great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast with homemade bread and jams which where excellent. Even got to see cassowary birds roaming around the property.

Amazing hostel in the rainforest. Loved the cafe. Loved the pool. Loved the wallabies. If you don't have your own transport, you need to factor in an extra A$7 each way for the shuttle service to/from mission bay, provided by missionlink, but still exceptional value.

We could walk there easily from the house. We drove to Bingil Bay and to water holes and water falls......but the rain prevented us from walking very far. There are beautiful walks around the area though and are well worth doing. Make sure you wear insect repellant!

Area was good for a quick relaxing break. Tried two different places for a meal on a Monday night and they had run out of a lot of food items from the weekend. But can definitely recommend the little pizza takeaway place open for a couple of hours every night.

Mission beach is awesome.
Mission beach is awesome. Friendly residents and staff at all restaurants. We never had one bad experience regarding food at any of the wide variety of restaurants. food was excellent at all. Woolies is available for anything you forgot to bring along. Wish we could have stayed longer. Plenty to do and sight seeing drives. Our little Maltese dog was also welcomed everywhere. Awesome shops for browsing or chilling sipping a cocktail at Buco.

It was our final night when we discovered The Garage bar and...
It was our final night when we discovered The Garage bar and Brew house. We spent a relaxing Sunday afternoon/evening sitting in the beer garden enjoying the local brews, food and music. Highly recommend this place.
This was possibly the friendliest and most relaxing of the places we stayed in on our trip up the East Coast. The owners were welcoming and friendly. The entire site was one of peace, quiet and relaxation. We were upgraded to a villa - absolutely superb. Large, spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped, large bathroom. And straight across the road from the beach. The park was perfectly situated in Wongaling, half way between Mission Beach and South Mission Beach. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend the 'Bali Hai"
loved the size of the cottage and the bed was comfortable. everything we needed for a self catered holiday was there including a washing machine, dryer and even a Coffee Pod machine ! The beach is just across the road with views of Dunk island and the Coral sea and we see that it is pet friendly which means we will be returning very soon as we have been searching for a holiday unit we can bring our small dog along with us. Really enjoyed our short break and would have loved to stay much longer
The property is in a pretty good location, it was walking distance to the beach and just a short drive into Mission Beach for shops and restaurants. There is a Woolworth supermarket close by as well. The room was a standard size motel room, the bathroom was a fairly good size. The bed was comfortable and the wi-fi seemed ok. The fridge and microwave were useful and there are plates and cutlery as well. We only stayed here for one night but our stay was fine.
Your hosts Sharon and Steve are very welcoming and hospitable people. The bungalows are very large and comfortable, and in a central location from which both South and North Mission Beach can easily be reached. Facilities are all very good, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the private barbecue area.
Location was perfect in pure luxurious tropical nature. We were lucky to witness a cassowary and a lace monitor on the premises. I felt like going a bit to Jurassic Park! The kitchen is immaculate, that is a very good point. Located 5 min drive from Mission Beach center

Beautifully & generously appointed, spacious, 3bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment right on the beachfront. Very close walking distance to shops & weekend markets. Direct access into apartment from lock up garage is handy for unpacking/packing.
Excellent location in the rainforest just a 30 second walk to the beach. Set in lush, tropical gardens, Eco Village Lodge is perfect for a quiet holiday with everything you need nearby. Mission Beach is the best kept secret in Queensland.
Location is ideal to the beach, and being between Mission Beach and South Mission means it is easy travel. Woolworths is also close by. The Caravan Park is very packed, but where the cabins are located you would not know.
